On the way to Hersheypark, we stopped by at Chick-Fil-A so that we could try their biscuit which is available during the breakfast time.
They're closed on Sundays besides Thanksgiving and Christmas because the company's culture is influenced by Southern Baptist beliefs.
(There're controversies over the culture or beliefs, but I just wanted to try the biscuits though the NYC mayor Bill de Blasio urged boycott.)

I've been to 2 Chick-Fil-A, but this is so far the cleanest branch.
Cream for coffee, sauce and condiments were all displayed neatly.
Even each table had fresh flowers.

It's nicely wrapped and the paper had the name on, and it's easy to recognize which one was for me.
Between the biscuit, there're cheese, egg and bacon strips.
There're 2 slices of cheese, egg was pale without any grilled marks and the bacons were crispy.
The biscuit was flaky and light, and inside was moist.
I liked the texture a lot with buttery flavor without being very salty like Pillsbury's biscuits.
The bacons had a nice saltiness and the edges were crunchy while the egg was soft and moist.
The biscuit was so good that I wanted to buy a bunch of plain biscuits.

食べた。
チックフィレイの社風は南部バプティスト教会の信念に基づいているため、日曜日と
感謝祭、クリスマスは閉店となっている。
（社風や信念に関して論争があり、ニューヨーク市長のビル・デブラシオが不買運動を
要請したこともあるけれど、私はどうしてもビスケットが食べてみたかった。）

これまでに2店舗のチックフィレイを訪ねたけれど、この店舗が1番綺麗だった。
コーヒー用ミルクやソース、調味料もとても綺麗に陳列されていた。
各テーブルには生花まで置いてあった。

綺麗に包んであり、包み紙に商品名が書かれていたので、どちらが私のものか簡単に
分かって良かった。
ビスケットの間にチーズ、卵、ベーコンが挟まれていた。
チーズは2枚挟まれていて、卵は淡い焼き色で、ベーコンはカリカリに焼けていた。
ビスケットはほろほろとして軽く、内側はしっとりとしていた。
ピルズベリーのビスケットとは違って塩辛すぎず、バターの香りがあり、食感もとても
良かった。
ベーコンは丁度良い塩気があり、端が特にカリカリしていて、それと対照的に卵は
ふんわりと柔らかくしっとりしていた。
ビスケットだけ大量に買い込みたいほど美味しかった。
