From today, December 12, 2016, Buffalo Wild Wings is serving Havana Heat, a new limited time sauce.
I knew it'd be available from today when I had Kickin' Honey Garlic, and I just walked to the Times Square restaurant.
After asking a staff if they had the sauce, I sat down.

"Taste the exotic flavors of Cuba on your wings. This new sauce combines bold ingredients like blood orange, garlic, olive oil, oregano, onion and black pepper."

As always I got boneless wings, then the staff asked me 5 or 10, which was my first time to be asked, and I got 4 pieces and chose a side salad.

There're actually 6 boneless chickens.

It had citric scent similar to orange and garlic scent, and there're red and black dots in the sauce.

Turmeric wasn't listed, but it tasted like sour curry.
It's not that spicy but rather had some kicks of black peppers.
Garlic flavor was more noticeable after I ate it, not while I was eating.

Havana Heat was better than the weirdly sweet and sticky Kickin' Honey Garlic, but it's not an outstandingly memorable sauce to me.

Side salad and vinaigrette dressing.

2016年12月12日の今日、バッファローワイルドウィングスで期間限定の新ソース「ハバナ

ヒート」が提供されている。
キッキン ハニーガーリックを食べた時に、このソースが今日から出されると知っていた
のでタイムズスクエアの店舗に行った。
店員にソースがあるか買う人してから席に着いた。

「キューバの魅惑的な味のチキンウィング。この新ソースはブラッドオレンジ、ニンニク、
オリーブオイル、タマネギ、黒胡椒のような力強い素材をブレンド。」

毎度のようにボンレスウィングを頼むと、初めて5個か10個か聞かれたので5個でお願い
し、サイドサラダを選んだ。

実際には6個のボンレスチキンが入っていた。

オレンジのような柑橘系とニンニクの香りがし、赤や黒の点々が見えた。

ターメリックは記載されていなかったけれど、酸っぱいカレーのような味がした。

辛さは特になく、多少黒胡椒のピリッとした風味があった。

食べている時よりも、食べ終わった後の方がニンニクの香りが強く感じた。

甘くベトベトしたキッキン ハニーガーリックよりも美味しかったけれど、突出して記憶に
残るようなソースではなかった。
