Eggloo is in China town serving Hong Kong egg waffles, and they use Hong Kong street snack called "Gai Daan Jai."
The waffle is very unique because it's hexagon and has domes all over.

I went there around 2:30 PM on a weekday, and there're 4 customers eating the sweets inside.
There're 4 chairs at the counter table by the window and a bench by the wall.

Menu
Eggloo Cone comes with a scoop of ice cream and Eggloo Sundae uses soft serve.

I could choose one flavor for the waffle, and I got green tea waffle + chocolate ice cream.
The topping was unlimited, so I asked for everything.

There's a little cute tree at the counter table.

My dessert was ready in about 5 minutes.

Green tea waffle + chocolate ice cream + all the toppings.

The toppings are fruity pebbles, mochi, diced almonds, frosted flakes, M&M's, Oreos, whip cream, condensed milk, chocolate syrup, sprinkles, seasonal fruit, Pocky and strawberry syrup.

Though the space was limited, they really put everything on it.

I couldn't even see the chocolate ice cream under the toppings till I stuck the spoon.

Seasonal fruit was blueberry, and each piece was quite large.

There're 3 Pocky and they're chocolate, green tea and strawberry flavor, and M&M's were mini size.

Mochi (sticky rice cake) was chewy, almonds were crunchy and fragrant and whipped cream was fluffy light.
Chocolate syrup tasted similar to Hershey's, and sweet condensed milk and sweet-sour strawberry sauce were adding different flavors.
Both Fruity Pebbles and cornflakes were crispy.

A part of ice cream next to the warm waffle was softened by the heat.
Green tea waffle had subtle bitterness, and the outside was crispy while the inside was moist and soft.
The thin parts between spherical units were crunchy.

チャイナタウンにあるエッグルーでは香港の卵入りワッフルが提供されていて、香港の
屋台スナック「鶏蛋仔（ガイダンジャイ）」を使っている。
このワッフルは六角形で、全体に球体が広がったユニークな見た目をしている。

平日の14時半頃に行くと、店内では4人がここのスイーツを食べていた。
窓際のカウンター席には椅子が4脚あり、壁際にはベンチが1つあった。

メニュー
エッグルーコーンはアイスクリームが1スクープ、エッグルーサンデーはソフトクリーム。

ワッフルの味も選ぶことができ、私は抹茶ワッフル＋チョコレートアイスにした。
トッピングは「好きなだけ」と言われたので、全部乗せてもらった。

カウンター席には小さなツリーが飾ってあった。

5分ほどで名前が呼ばれ、商品が手渡された。

抹茶ワッフル＋チョコレートアイスクリーム＋トッピング全種類。

トッピングはフルーティー ペブルズ（フルーツ味のシリアル）、餅、刻んだアーモンド、
砂糖がけのコーンフレーク、エム＆エムズ、オレオ、生クリーム、コンデンスミルク、
チョコレートシロップ、スプリンクル、季節の果物、ポッキー、ストロベリーシロップ。

限られたスペースにもかかわらず、全てのトッピングが飾られていた。

スープンを差し込むまでチョコレートアイスが見えなかったほど。

季節の果物はブルーベリーで、1粒1粒が大きかった。

ポッキーはチョコレート、抹茶、イチゴ味の3本が刺さっていた。
エム＆エムズはミニサイズのチョコレートだった。

お餅はもちもちし、アーモンドはカリッと香ばしく、生クリームはふんわり軽かった。

チョコレートシロップはハーシーズに似た味で、甘いコンデンスミルク、甘酸っぱい

ストロベリーソースがそれぞれ違った味を足していた。

フルーティーペブルズもコーンフレークもサクサクしていた。

温かいワッフルに近いアイスクリームは少し溶けて柔らかくなっていた。
抹茶ワッフルはほんのり苦味があり、外側はパリッとして内側はしっとり柔らかく、
球体の間の薄い部分はパリパリして美味しかった。
