Sweet BBQ Bacon And Frork From McDonald's

McDonald's introduced Signature Crafted Menus early in May, 2017, and there're 3 burgers; Pico Guacamole, Maple Bacon Dijon and Sweet BBQ Bacon.
This Signature Crafted line lets you choose the buns (sesame seeds or artisan roll) and protein (a 100% beef patty, Artisan Grilled Chicken or Buttermilk Crispy Chicken), then they're made with premium ingredients besides white cheddar.
From May 4th to 8th, when you buy one of the Signature Crafted sandwiches, you'll get free Medium fries and soft drink.
A few days ago, I learned that you'd receive a limited "Frork" on May 5th when you buy one of the Signature Crafted burgers at participating locations.
This Frork is designed to scoop some sauce that falls from the burger by inserting fries into the special fork.
When I saw the video, it looked ridiculous and what made me laugh the most was the pitchman was Mr. Anthony Sullivan, whom I picture Oxiclean commercial.
I went to the closest McDonald's but they didn't have any Frork so I visited another one.
The manager took my order but he didn't know about Frork and asked one of the staffs, then he said, "I don't know but they say they have it, so you'll get one."
For fries and soda, I had to ask him about the special promotion, and he again asked the same staff if I'd get free side and beverage with Signature Crafted sandwich. (Why didn't he know about this???)
Even the board in the restaurant said, "FREE fried and drink" in English and Spanish clearly.
Note; current Happy Meal toys are Super Mario.
This time, I got a Sweet BBQ Bacon with Artisan Roll and Buttermilk Crispy Chicken.
When I received a bag, they didn't put Frork so I had to ask for it again.
Here is the Frork, that is labeled as "Uselessly Useful!"

The silicon Frork was unexpectedly unstable.

As the directions showed, I pinched the tip to open and stuffed with fries.
Only 3 fries made the Frork bow.
And unless you're getting freshly fried and super crispy fries, they won't stand up straight either.
I foresaw how useless it was.
Dancing fries.
The fries were soft and couldn't get much sauce.
Only this much was caught.
At the right bottom, it says, "It mostly works!" but definitely it didn't do anything.
Free medium soda.
The Signature Crafted Recipes' burger was served in a chic box.
The burger was partially wrapped unlike other regular sandwiches they serve at McDonald's.
The artisan roll was shiny on the surface and cooke fluffy.
There're 3-4 crispy bacon strips.
Sweet BBQ Bacon come with Sweet BBQ sauce made with sweet onions, thick-cut Applewood smoked bacon, grilled and crispy onions, and white cheddar cheese.
Buttermilk Crispy Chicken looked it's fried too long but it didn't have any burnt flavor, and the batter was crispy-crunchy and the chicken breast had nice medium firm texture.
The artisan roll was lightly yellow and moist like brioche, but it's chewier.
Grilled onions had little crunchiness and crispy onions had both crispy and soggy textures as they're covered in the sweet BBQ sauce.
The BBQ sauce was sweet, smoky and also peppery-tangy, and the sauce went well with the ingredients.
The sauce was strong and I didn't taste much cheese flavor.
By the way, the burger wasn't saucy so that the sauce didn't spill at all, and only some onions were sticking out when I opened the box.

受け取った袋にフロークが入っていなかったので、再度店員に伝えて入れてもらった。
これが「使い物にならないほど便利！」と書かれたフローク。
使い方。
マクドナルドは品質を高めている： オールデイ ブレックファスト（終日提供される朝食
メニュー）、リニューアルしたマックナゲット、そして3つの新しい #シグネチャー
クラフテッド レシピ バーガーまたはチキン サンドイッチはピコデガヨ、グアカモレ、
厚切りのアップルウッドスモーク ベーコン、スイートオニオンBBQソースなど--- お皿に
落ちても美味しく食べてもらいたい。
最後の1口まですくうのを手助けする必要があるとあなたさえ知らなかった問題を解決する
ため、フロークを開発しました。世間はこれを必要としているか？ いいえ、全く。これは
うまく機能するのか？ まぁまぁ...？ いずれにせよ、お楽しみください。マクドナルドで
新しい商品をお店するのを楽しみにしています。
フロークはシリコン製で思ったよりも不安定だった。

ポテトを3本入れただけで、フロークがしなった。
揚げたてでかなりサクサクのポテトでない限り、ポテトがまっすぐにならない。
すでに使い物にならないのが分かった。
ポテトが踊る。
ポテトが柔らかかったので、ソースがほとんどすくえなかった。
右下に「ほとんどの場合、機能します」と書かれていたけれど、全く機能しなかった。
無料のソーダMサイズ。
シグネチャークラフテッド レシピのバーガーは、シックな箱入りだった。
マクドナルドの他のバーガー類とは異なり、部分的に包まれていた。
アーティザンロールはツヤツヤで、ふっくらしていた。
カリカリのベーコンが3、4枚入っていた。
スイートBBQベーコンは、甘いタマネギ入りのスイートBBQソース、厚切りのアップル
ウッドスモークベーコン、グリルしたタマネギ、揚げたサクサクのタマネギ、ホワイト
チェダーチーズが挟まれている。
バターミルク クリスピーチキンは少し揚げすぎたような色をしていたものの、焦げた味は
なく、ザクッカリッとした衣で鶏胸肉は適度な噛み応えがあった。
アーティザンロールはブリオッシュのように少し黄色がかってしっとりし、このロールは
もっちりした食感だった。
グリルドオニオンはシャキシャキした歯触りが残っていて、クリスピーオニオンはBBQ
ソースがかかっていたのでサクサクした部分とべとっとした部分があった。
BBQソースは甘くスモーキーで、胡椒のピリッとした味がし、このソースは具材ととても
良く合っていた。
ただ、ソースの味が濃いのでチーズの味はほとんど分からなかった。
数日前に今日5月5日に数量限定、限定店舗でシグネチャークラフテッドのバーガーを1つ
買うと「フローク」が付いてくるというニュースを見た。
このフロークはバーガーからこぼれ落ちたソースをすくうために、ポテト（英語では
フレンチフライ、French Fries）を刺して使うフォーク（Fork）としてデザインされた。
ビデオを見るとかなり馬鹿げていて、しかもフロークを紹介しているのがオキシクリーン
（Oxiclean）で見る大道商人のアンソニー・サリバン氏だったので笑えた。
（この人は、ジャパネットたかたの髙田明社長と同じくらい有名だと思う）
早速近所のマクドナルドに行ったけれど、この店舗にはフロークがなかったので別の
お店に行った。
マネージャーが私の注文を取ったのだけれど、この人はフロークについて知らず、店員の
1人に聞いていて「僕は知らないけれど、あるみたい」と言っていた。
また、ポテトと飲み物が無料で付いてくるはずだと伝えると、また同じ店員に確認して
