Totto Curry Ramen From Totto

Whenever we go to Totto Ramen, I try to get something new or limited, but this time, I happened to notice that they had Curry Ramen, which seemed to be a regular menu, and I gave it a shot.
It's original paitan soup (chicken broth) with curry flavor topped with seasoned half-boiled egg, scallion, bean sprout and onion.
I chose chicken char siu over pork.
When I scooped some soup on the top, it looked very watery and it didn't have much curry flavor.
The noodles were different from Totto Spicy "Nibo" Ramen but tasted the same as Hiyashi Maze Men that used yellower, thicker, and chewier noodles.

When I scooped some soup on the top, it looked very watery and it didn't have much curry flavor.
These thick and chewy noodles were the best for the rich and strong flavored soup.
When I had some noodles, the bottom was thicker and heavier so that I stirred the soup well then I finally reached the rich curry flavor sunk at the bottom.
The curry tasted like what I grew up with, that I mean it tasted like commercial curry roux, not homemade curry.
Bean sprouts and onions were crunchy, and especially the onions were raw so that it's quite spicy, too.
The curry was medium spicy and I started craving some rice, but I was too full to eat anymore.

いつも鳥人ラーメンに行く時は、新商品や期間限定商品を頼むようにしているけれど、
今回初めてカレーラーメンがあることに気がついた。
これは通常メニューのようで、食べてみることにした。
これはカレー味を足したオリジナル 白鶏スープに、半熟卵、ネギ、モヤシ、タマネギを
乗せたもので、焼豚は豚ではなく鶏肉を選んだ。
上の方にあったスープをすくうと、とても水っぽくカレーの味はあまりなかった。
麺は鳥人辛にぼラーメンとは異なり、冷やしまぜ麺と同じ黄色が強く、太く、もっちりと
した麺だった。
濃厚で味の濃いスープには、この位太くて噛みごたえのある麺が合っていた。
麺を食べ進めると、下の方はどろっとして重たかったのでスープをよく混ぜると、やっと
底に沈んでいた濃厚なカレー味が現れた。
カレーは私が慣れ親しんだ味に近く、手作りではなく市販品のカレールーのような味に
感じた。
モヤシとタマネギはシャキシャキし、特にタマネギは生だったので辛味が強かった。
カレーは中辛でご飯が食べたくなる味だったけれど、お腹がいっぱいだったので注文
できなかった。
