I had Squirrel crepe at Juliette Et Chocolat last time I was in Montreal, and it's my first time to choose this kind.

Inside of the crepe, there's Nutella spread, and over the crepe, there're a scoop of hazelnut ice cream and whipped cream on both sides.
Then, cocoa powder was sprinkled all over the dessert.

The crepe was very thin and the surface was fragrant and lightly crispy, but the inside was moist and a bit chewy.

A lot of Nutella was put inside of the thin crepe, and it's very rich.
As the hazelnut spread was so velvety and thick that I couldn't tell if the ice cream had any nutty flavor when I ate it.

There're some light and crispy pieces inside, and I think they're homemade meringue.
It added crispiness yet also another layer of sweetness, and this Squirrel was so nutty and full of sugar dessert.

この前モントリオールに行った時、ジュリエット エ ショコラで初めてスクウィレルという

クレープを選んだ。
スクウィレル（Squirrel）はリスの意味

クレープの中にヌッテラが塗られ、クレープの上にはヘーゼルナッツ アイスクリームが
1スクープがあり、両端に生クリームが乗っていた。
そしてデザート全体にココアパウダーがふりかえられていた。

クレープはとても薄く、表面は香ばしく軽くサクッとし、内側はしっとり、少しもっちり
していた。
薄いクレープの中にたっぷりとヌッテラが包まれていて、とても濃厚だった。
ヘーゼルナッツのスプレッドの味がかなり濃く、ヘーゼルナッツ アイスクリームを食べた
時にナッツの味が感じられなかったほどだった。

ところどころサクサクした軽い食感の粒が入っていて、ホームメードのメレンゲだったと
思う。
良い食感を足していたのと同時に、さらに甘さを足していたので、このスクウィレルと
いうクレープはナッツの風味が豊かでかなり甘いデザートだった。
