Mother-in-law gave us a bag of Israeli chocolate, and one of them was Taami, and there're 2 other kinds.
One of them is called "Mekupelet" in Hebrew and it means "log" in English and sold as "Chocolate Log" in English by Elite since 1935.

Though it has English name, I've never seen Chocolate Log sold near my apartment.
This is the full package design after tanking out the chocolate bar inside.

It really looked like a log as it consists of fine strips of chocolate.

It looked like the annual rings inside and outside saw similar to bark.

It's light and fragile, and the bundle of chocolate strings came loose and started melting in my mouth gradually and left sweet milk chocolate taste.
Though I put it in a refrigerator, it's not tough at all and easy to bite as it's not a bar of chocolate but layers of chocolate fiber.

When I first looked at the Mekupelet, I thought it looked like Groot from #Guardians of the Galaxy" and I put eyes and a mouth on it.

義母がくれたイスラエルのチョコレートは、数種類の詰め合わせだった。
そのうち1つは以前食べたターミだった。
今日食べたのはヘブライ語で「メクペレット」という名前で丸太を意味し、英語では
「チョコレートの丸太」として販売されている。
この商品は1935年にエリート社から発売された。
（英語名はあるものの、アパートの近くでこのチョコレートを見たことがない）

細いチョコレートの線が束になっていて、外側は樹皮、内側は年輪のようだった。
食べると軽い食感のチョコレートの線がパラパラとほぐれ、口の中で少しずつ 溶けて
甘いミルクチョコレートの味が広がった。
冷蔵庫に入れていたものの、板チョコとは違ってチョコレートの細い糸が束ねられていた
ものだったので簡単に噛むことができた。

最初にチョコレートを見た時「ガーディアンズ・オブ・ギャラクシー」のグルートに
似ていると思って目と口を足してみたら、やっぱり似ていた。
