Nissin worked together with Nissin in Singapore and created "Singapore Laksa" flavor.
It's first launched on September 25, 2015, and this year, they improved the cilantro flavor and re-launched on July 18, 2016.

Laksa is a noodle dish consumed in South-Eastern Asian countries.
Laksa, especially popular in Singapore, has characteristic soup of sweet and creamy coconut milk and spices.
It's a mild and also spicy, exotic dish.

There's a pouch of Laksa Paste on the lid.

It's to warm up over the lid and add right before eating the noodles.

When I opened it, it didn't have coconut flavor but I could definitely smell shrimps.

I placed the pouch over the lid to warm it up.

There're 2 other flavors; Mie Goreng and Tom Yum Goong.

The eggs and fried tofu had absorbed hot water a lot and the soup seemed reduced.

I added the Laksa paste.

It had spicy and fishy scent, and the soup had sweet coconut scent.

When I mixed them well, it instantly became very close to Laksa.

Eggs and fried tofu were so fluffy as they're filled with sweet and spicy soup.

The soup was creamy and velvety, and the coconut flavor was perfectly balanced, and it's not too strong.
Cilantro was much weaker than I hoped and it's a bit disappointing.

There're little pieces of chicken breast.

日清はシンガポールの現地法人と協力し、「シンガポール風ラクサ」を製造した。
最初に発売されたのは2015年9月18日で、パクチーの香りを改良したものが今年2016年
7月18日に新発売された。

ラクサとは、東南アジア諸国でしたしまれている麺料理。
中でもシンガポールで人気のラクサは、ココナッツミルクのまろやかな甘さにスパイスの
辛味が重なり合ったコク深いスープが特徴。マイルドかつスパイシーな魅惑の味わい
です。

カップの上に、ラクサペーストがあった。

これは蓋の上で温め、食べる直前に入れる。

ペーストを外した後の蓋。

蓋をめくるとココナッツの香りはなかったものの、エビの香りがした。

蓋の上にペーストを乗せて温めた。

この他に2種類の味がある； ミーゴレンとトムヤムクン。

卵と揚げが熱湯を吸い、スープが見えないほど減っていた。

ラクサペーストを足した。

ペーストはスパイスと魚の香りがし、スープは甘いココナッツの香りがした。

よく混ぜるとスープは淡いオレンジいろになり、一気にラクサっぽくなった。

甘辛いスープを吸って卵と揚げはふわふわだった。

スープはクリーミーでとろみがあり、ココナッツの香りは強すぎず丁度良かった。
パクチーの香りは思ったほどなく、少し残念だった。

小さな鶏胸肉が入っていた。
