日清カップヌードル リゾット「トムヤムクン」

My mother found several interesting product before I came back to Japan so that I could try them, but she won't.
One of them is Nissin Cup Noodles Risotto "Tom Yum Goong" and it's launched on June 22, 2015.
It's developed with Nissin Thailand and a sister product of Cup Noodles Tom Yum Goong, and they reproduced the flavor with risotto this time.
On the lid, there's a pouch of tom yum paste.
Underneath the paste pouch.
Directions.
1. Remove Tom Yum paste pouch from the lid and peel off the lid.
2. Pour water to the inner line.
3. Place back the lid on the top and stir well.
4. Heat the cup for 5 minutes on 500W.
5. Pour Tom Yum paste and stir well.
* Do not put the paste into the microwave.
When I peeled off the lid, it didn't smell like Tom Yum Goong.
In the rice, there're shrimps, mushrooms and red peppers.
When it's cooked, I opened the paste pouch.
Tom Yum paste had the intense and distinguish flavor.
The risotto seemed soupy and the paste was separated from the water.
However, while I was mixing the content, it started becoming thickened.
Though the paste had intense flavor, when it's mixed, it's softened while still having rich and deep Tom Yum Goong flavor.
It had refreshing lemon grass flavor and hint of spiciness from ginger and red peppers, and the starchy liquid full of flavor went well with rice.
It's easier to eat than the noodles with the same dense flavor.

タイ日清が開発協力を行ったもので、以前発売されたカップヌードル トムヤムクンの味を
リゾットで再現したもの。
蓋の上にはトムヤムペーストが付いていた。
作り方は簡単だった。
1. トムヤムペーストを剥がした後、蓋を取る
2. 水を内側の線まで注ぎ、よく混ぜる
3. 蓋をカップに乗せる
4. 500Wで5分間レンジで加熱する
5. トムヤムペーストを入れて、よく混ぜる
* ペーストはレンジに入れない
蓋を取った時点ではトムヤムクンの香りはせず、米に混ざってエビ、キノコ、唐辛子が
見えた。
加熱後にペーストの袋を開けると、トムヤムペーストは強烈な独特の香りがした。
リゾットは水気が多く、ペーストは水分と分離していたものの、かき混ぜている内に
少しずつ水分が抜けてもったりとしてきた。
強い香りのしたペーストは混ぜると香りは少し落ち着いたものの、濃厚なトムヤムクンの
