Chocolate Sorbet from Baskin Robbins is another flavor I was looking forward to trying besides Tomatti Lemon Sorbet.
They launched this flavor on June 1, 2015.

According to the description, it's a chocolate flavored sorbet and it's light and suitable for hot summer as it doesn't contain milk.

We bought several flavors for to-go, and when I took the sorbet out from a freezer, the surface was covered with fine frozen moisture.

Once I scooped some, the inside was dark chocolate color like the image.

The texture was smooth and light, and it had bitter chocolate flavor.
It melted faster than chocolate ice cream and left rich chocolate flavor in my mouth without creamy texture.

It's surely a sorbet but the dense chocolate flavor was as strong as chocolate ice cream.

Tomatti Lemon Sorbet

31アイスのチョコレートソルベは、トマッティレモンソルベに加えて食べるのを楽しみに

していたフレーバーの1つで、2015年6月1日に発売された。

説明によると、チョコレート味のソルベでミルクを使用していないため、すっきりとして
いて暑い夏にもぴったりらしい。

いくつかの種類をテイクアウトで買い、冷凍庫から出すと表面は水分が凍った細かい氷で
覆われて白くなっていた。
少しすくうと、内側はイメージ画像と同じ濃いチョコレート色だった。

食感は滑らかで軽く、苦味のあるチョコレートだった。
チョコレートアイスクリームよりも素早く溶け、クリーミーな食感がないものの濃厚な
チョコレートの味が口に残った。
ソルベに間違いないものの、チョコレートアイスクリームと同じくらいチョコレートの
味がしっかりしていた。
