My husband found a new Nissin product at the supermarket.
It's Chicken Ramen Risotto and was launched on August 10, 2015.

Chikin Ramen is the world's first instant ramen launched on August 25, 1958, and it's the 57th anniversary this year.
Momofuku Ando, the inventor of Chikin Ramen, liked eating a dish consisting of crushed Chikin Ramen, cold rice and hot water, and this Chikin Ramen Risotto is recreated with the recipe.
I like to eat broken Chikin Ramen pieces at the bottom of the pouch while I'm cooking the noodles.

Direction.
1. Peel the lid off and put it aside.
2. Pour water to the inner line and mix well. (Approximately 270ml)
3. Place the lid back on the container.
4. Heat in a microwave for 5 minutes on 500W.
5. Stir well and ready to eat.

There're short Chikin Ramen, rice, green onions, eggs, carrots and white meat.
The inner line was easy to see.

It's after 5 minutes of cooking, and it looked very watery.

While stirring, the water was absorbed by the ingredients and it became thicker like ordinary risotto.

I'm not a fan of fluffy and weirdly light eggs in Chikin Ramen, but eggs in Chicken Ramen Risotto didn't really bother me.

The noodles and rice absorbed the tasty Chikin Ramen soup, and the chicken was moist and rehydrated very well.
The rice was al dente while noodles were very soft and soggy, but overall, I liked the concept and the flavor.
I wish the noodles were to add later, not to cook together with other ingredients, then I could have prepared the noodles to my preference.

旦那がスーパーで、2015年8月10日に日清から発売された「チキンラーメン リゾット」と

いう新商品を見つけた。
チキンラーメンは1958年8月25日に発売した世界初のインスタントラーメンで、今年で
57周年を迎える。
チキンラーメンを発明した安藤百福（ももふく）は、砕いたチキンラーメンに冷やご飯と
お湯を入れたものが好きだったので、そのレシピを再現したのがこのチキンラーメン
リゾットらしい。
私はチキンラーメンを調理している間に、袋の底に残った折れた麺を食べるのが好き。

作り方はこれまでに食べたリゾットと変わらず、簡単だった。
中には短いチキンラーメン、お米、ネギ、卵、ニンジン、胸肉が入っていて、注ぐ水の量を
示す線も見やすかった。

5分加熱した直後はとても水っぽかったけれど、しばらく混ぜていると具材が水分を吸って
よくあるリゾットのような見た目になった。

チキンラーメンに入っているふわふわし、妙に軽い卵は好きではないけれど、チキン
ラーメン リゾットに入っているのはあまり気にならなかった。

麺とご飯がチキンラーメンの美味しいスープを吸い、鶏肉もしっとりとしていた。
ご飯はアルデンテ、麺はかなり柔らかくべちょっとしていたけれど、コンセプトも味も
良かった。
麺は後から入れるようにデザインされていれば、好みの硬さで食べられて良かったと
思う。
