We bought some new cookies at Target the other day, and one of them is Pepperidge Farm's "Brown Butter Rum."
On the back.
"Pepperidge Farm Sweet & Simple Cookies are a celebration of a cookie's fundamentals - real honest baking with only the best ingredients.
Taste the essence of our Brown Butter Rum cookie. A delicate cookie with warm notes of caramel and rum - simply scrumptious."
The cookie looked like the image on the package; twirl.
It's a crispy cookie with light butter scent and a hint of rum, but it's never too strong.
I didn't see "rum" on the ingredients lists and I think the rum flavor was just one of the "natural flavors" they used.

「ブラウンバターラム」というもの。
袋を開ける前はラムの強い香りがするのではと思っていたけれど、アルコールの香りは
全然しなかった。
クッキーはイメージ画像と同じ渦巻き模様だった。
サクサクした食感で、軽くバターの香りがし、ラムの香りはごく僅かて全くきついことは
なかった。
原材料名に「ラム」とは載っていなかったので、「天然香味料」によってラムの香りが
したのだと思う。
