Pepperidge Farm: Milano Cookies Lemon Chocolate

At Target, we found Pepperidge Farm Milano Cookies Lemon Chocolate.
The package had green to white gradation with yellow tulips and they reminds me of spring.
When I was looking for the launch date, which I didn't find, I saw some photos with "limited time" on the package, though mine didn't have that label on and I'm guessing this flavor was launched as a limited flavor but they brought it back as a regular flavor.
On the back, it uses same gradation (green and white) and yellow tulips on the background, and there're 3 Milano cookies.
When I opened the bag, I smelled refreshing lemon scent more than anything.
The cookies were as pale as other Milano cookies I've had, and had the little horn-shape which was created when they (machines, I bet) squeeze the dough out.
Between thin cookies, there're 2 layers of chocolate and yellow chocolate.
The cookies were crispy, and the semi sweet chocolate went well with lemon flavored chocolate.
Lemon scent was strong but it didn't really have sour taste.
On the ingredients list, there's citric acid but no lemon or lemon juice was found.
Another interesting point was that they use turmeric extract and it's interesting they used that spice in this cookie but I didn't taste it.
Maybe they just used the extract to color the white chocolate.

So why resist?

ターゲットでペパリッジファーム ミラノクッキー レモンチョコレートを見つけた。パッケージは緑と白のグラデーションの背景で黄色いチューリップが載っていて、春を
連想させる色使いだった。
発売日を探していた時に、「期間限定」と書かれたパッケージの写真を見たけれど、今回
見つけた袋にはその文字はなかったので、限定商品として発売されたものが通年商品に
なったのかもしれない。
（ちなみに発売日は不明のまま）
背景には緑と白が使われ、黄色いチューリップが載っていて、3個のミラノクッキーが
並んでいた。
袋を開けるとレモンのすっきりした香りが広がり、他の香りはあまりなかった。
クッキー部分はこれまでに食べたミラノクッキーと同じように淡い焼き色で、絞り出した
時にできる角のような部分があった。
薄いクッキーの間にはチョコレートと黄色いチョコレートが挟まれていた。
クッキーはサクサクし、セミスイートチョコレートはレモン風味のチョコレートとよく
合っていた。
レモンの香りははっきりしていたけれど、酸っぱい味はしなかった。
材料名を見るとクエン酸と書かれていて、レモンやレモン果汁は載っていなかった。
また、ターメリックエキスが使われていて変わっているなと思った。
カレーの味はしなかったので、恐らくホワイトチョコレートを着色するためにエキスを
使ったのだと思う。
