リーンクイジーン「トルティーヤ クラスト フィッシュ」

I tried Lean Cuisine "Tortilla Crusted Fish" for the first time.
It's a microwave only kind, written on the back.
I removed the film over the fish side and heated for 4 minutes and a half.
I let it sit for a minute as instructed, and this is what it looked like.
It happened before, but the rice with béchamel or cheese sauce tends to get cooked too much and the edge were chewy and dried.
This is the rice on the edge and it's stuck together.
Crushed tortilla crust on the pollack was crunchy and flavorful.
While cooking, it smelled like enchilada but now I know why; tortilla crust with cheese in the rice.
The white fish was moist and soft, and the contrast against the crunchy crust was really good.
There're red pepper, green pepper and corns with cilantro and cheddar cheese, and it's lightly cheesy and tasty.
