I tried Lean Cuisine "Meatloaf With Mashed Potatoes."

On the package, it says, "Savory meatloaf with gravy & creamy red skin mashed potatoes."

The tray had 2 section; meatloaf and mashed potatoes.

On the back, there're cooking instructions.
It's to warm either in a microwave or oven, and I used a microwave as usual because it's faster.

First, I made some holes in the film to vent, heated for 4 minutes, took out and stirred potatoes and recovered, heated for another 1 minutes and a half, let it sit for 1 minute, and then it's ready.

I thought the meatloaf would be cut into pieces like the photo shown, but it's actually one large chunk.

When I flipped the meatloaf, there're grilled lines.

The meatloaf was moist, but it had some strong herbal scent and bitterness.
However, the ingredients list said "spices" so I had no idea what they were.

The gravy sauce was made with diced tomatoes, and the texture was watery and had sour tomato flavor.

Mashed potatoes were very creamy and flavorful, and it had light garlic scent that was really appetizing.

I liked the mashed potatoes, but I didn't really like the herbs in the meatloaf.

リーン クイジーンの「ミートローフとマッシュポテト」を食べた。
「美味しいミートローフとグレービー、レッドスキン ポテトのクリーミーなマッシュ
ポテト」と箱に書いてあった。

裏面には温め方が記載されていて、電子レンジかオーブンで加熱可能と書かれていたので
調理時間が短いレンジをいつも通り使った。

蒸気を出す穴をフィルムに開け、4分加熱し、1度取り出してポテトを混ぜてフィルムを
戻し、1分半加熱し、1分蒸らして出来上がり。

ミートローフは写真のように切れているかと思ったけれど、大きな一塊だった。
しっとりしたミートローフだったけれど、ハーブの香りが強く苦味があった。
ただ、原材料名には「スパイス」としか載っていなかったため、実際に何が使われている
のかは分からなかった。
グレービーソースは角切りトマトが入っていて、水っぽい質感でトマトの酸味があった。
マッシュポテトはとてもクリーミーで香りもよく、食欲をそそる軽いニンニクの香りが
した。

マッシュポテトは美味しかったけれど、ミートローフに使われているハーブがあまり好き
ではなかった。
