Another donuts I bought at Tim Hortons in Montreal besides Halloween Donut Supreme is this new donut called "Beigne A La Creme Brulee," in English, it's a creme brulee donut.
It looked like a flower shape as there's a yellowish cream in the center and around it, there'd 6 round donut balls.

From the side.

The white sugar powder over the balls had some crunchy and yellow objects.

They're caramelized candy and that was showing the characteristic crunchy surface of "brulee."

The cream in the middle tasted like lemon flavored condensed milk.
It's very runny and while I was carrying, the cream was off-centered.

Halloween Donut Supreme

ハロウィン ドーナツ シュープリームと一緒に買ったもう1つのドーナツは「クレーム

ブリュレ ドーナツ」という新商品。

中心に黄みがかったクリームが入っていて、周りを丸いドーナツが6個ついていたので

お花のような形に見えた。

周りの丸いドーナツの上には白い粉砂糖がかかっていて、その中に黄色いザクザクした
ものが入っていた。
これはキャラメライズされた砂糖で、クレームブリュレの特徴的な表面をよく表して
いた。

中心のクリームは、レモン風味のコンデンスミルクみたいな味だった。
クリームは柔らかく、立てた状態で袋に入れられていたため、持ち帰る間に偏っていた。
