Fujiya, a Japanese confectionery company launched a new and limited chocolate called "Nama Milky Chocolate" on March 4, 2014.

"Nama" means usually means "raw" but in the confectionery field, it's used to express the content is runny and soft like ganache.

I've tried Fujiya's confectioneries and breads containing their popular Milky cream.

Each chocolate contains whipped cream and silky sauce inside.
They made the both cream and sauce taste similar to Nama Milky; silky, soft, light, and it melts away.

In the paper box, there're pretty individual packages which have same patterns of the box.
It's all vivid pearl pink, and it's a very cute package.

"Nama Milky Chocolate" with hearts, circles and sparkles.

Chocolate itself had line-patterns on the surface, which reminded me of a basketball.

In the chocolate, there're two kinds of filling; transparent sauce on the top of soft whipped cream.

The fillings didn't look like the image on the box, but I think it's because I bit and the structure was changed.

The chocolate outside was much softer than I thought and it didn't make crispy noise when I bit.

The sauce was thick and whipped cream was airy light.

3 different texture in a piece was very interesting and fun to eat.

不二家から期間限定の新商品「生ミルキーチョコレート」が2014年3月4日に発売された。

これまでに食べた、不二家のミルキークリームが使われた商品は以下。

生ミルキーをイメージした、なめらかなソースとホイップクリームがチョコレートに包まれている。
箱を開けると、箱と同じデザインの個包装のチョコレートが沢山入っていた。
全体が明るく光沢のあるピンクでかわいい。

個包装の袋には「生ミルキーチョコレート」の文字とハート、丸、キラキラマークが印刷されている。

チョコレートの表面には線の模様があり、バスケットボールのようだった。

噛んでみると、中には2種類のフィリングが入っていたけれど、箱のイメージ画像とは違った
印象だけれど、透明なソースと、ふわっとしたホイップクリームが入っていた。
恐らく噛んだ時に中の構造が変わってしまったのだと思う。

チョコレートは思ったよりも柔らかく、噛んだ時に「カリッ」という音はしなかった。
ソースはとろっとしていて、ホイップクリームはとても軽かった。
一粒で3種類の食感が楽しめるチョコレートだった。
