My husband bought me a Matcha Passionfruit Mousse Cake from Dominique Ansel besides Georgetown Cupcake's sweets.

This is what I was interested in also last time we're here.

Matcha Passionfruit Mousse Cake
Ever-so-light matcha mousse cake with passion fruit curd and white chocolate.

Beautifully swirled white chocolate cream was tinted with matcha powder and the gradation to white was very elegant.
It's topped with a white chocolate feather.

Matcha mousse had bitterness and fragrant tea flavor, and it's lightly sweetened.

Passionfruit was sweetened sour, but with white chocolate, the sweetness was enhanced and became so strong that the matcha flavor was noticeable only at the beginning and aftertaste was very fruity.
As a matcha lover, I thought the matcha flavor was too little, but for my husband, who doesn't like matcha, said, "It's too bitter."
At the bottom, there's a baked pastry which was as light and crispy as dacquoise.

ジョージタウンカップケーキのスイーツと一緒に、ドミニクアンセルの抹茶パッション

フルーツムースケーキを旦那が買ってきてくれた。

これは、前回お店に行った時に私が気になっていたものの1つだった。

抹茶パッションフルーツムースケーキ
とても軽い抹茶ムースケーキとパッションフルーツカード、ホワイトチョコレート。

綺麗な渦巻きのホワイトチョコレートクリームは抹茶パウダーで色付けされていて、白に
変わるグラデーションが上品な印象だった。
ホワイトチョコレートでできた羽が飾られていた。

抹茶ムースは苦味と良い香りがあり、甘さが控えめだった。

パッションフルーツは甘酸っぱく、ホワイトチョコレートと一緒だと甘さが強かった
ので、抹茶の味は最初だけしかなく、後味はフルーティーだった。
抹茶好きの私には抹茶味が足りないと思ったけれど、抹茶が苦手な旦那は「苦い」と
言っていた。
底にはダックワーズに似た軽い食感の焼き菓子が敷かれていた。
