This is another cake that my husband bought for me at Dominique Ansel, and it's called "Coco."

It's a cat shaped cream puffs.

Even it had mini chocolate whiskers.
The ears were made with sugary materials and the eyes were chocolate.

I could see a thick and long tail was starting on the back.

They say it's a classic French religieuse filled with coconut ganache and passion fruit curd.

Religieuse is sweet choux (cream puff) stacked up.

Both the upper puff and lower puff were coated with crispy coconuts, and the filling was light and fluffy.
It's hard to use a fork so I ate this Coco with my hand.
The coconuts on the top were falling while eating, and it's a little bit difficult to eat clean.

First I thought it's lemon but then it had fruity flavor like mango, the the aftertaste was whipped cream mixed with vanilla.
The tail was chewy and sticky marshmallow.

旦那がドミニクアンセルで買ってきてくれた別のケーキは「ココ」というもので、猫の
形をしたシュークリームだった。
よく見ると、チョコレートでできた小さなヒゲもついていた。
耳は砂糖でできていて、目はチョコレートだった。
背面を見ると、太くて長いしっぽが出ていた。

これはルリジューズ（religieuse）で、フィリングいはココナッツ ガナッシュとパッション
フルーツカードが入っている。
ルリジューズは2個のシュークリームを積んだもの。

上下のシューは両方ともサクサクしたココナッツがかかっていて、フィリングはふわっと
軽かった。
フォークだと食べにくいので手で持って食べると、上のココナッツがパラパラと落ちて
しまい、少し食べにくかった。
最初はレモンかと思ったけれど、マンゴーのようにフルーティーな風味が出てきて、最後
には生クリームとバニラを合わせたような味が口に残った。
しっぽはねっとりした食感のマシュマロだった。
