When we're on our poutine hunt outside of Montreal, we stopped by at Tim Hortons in Princeville.
We had Tourbillon À L’érable Donut, Crème Sure Donut, New Muffin Aux Bleuets Et Citron Et Yogourt Grec and Hot Chocolate.

There's no English name on the rack so I'm not sure exactly what it's called in English, but
"Tourbillon" means "whirl" in English, but the donuts didn't have swirl or spinning decoration but zigzag lines.

Tourbillon À L’érable

It's an yeast donut with white frosting and maple (beige) zigzag topping.

The dough was soft, fluffy, and light, and there's pale yellow custard cream inside.
The filling wasn't too sweet so that the flavor and scent went well with rich and flavorful maple on the top.

The bags were very cute.

モントリオール以外でプーティンを探している時に、プリンスビルにあるティム・
ホートンズに行った。
メープル ドーナツ、サワークリーム ドーナツ、新商品ブルーベリー レモン ギリシャ
ヨーグルト マフィン、ホットチョコレートを買った。

英語名が表記されていなかったので、正確な英語の商品名は分からないけれど、フランス
語の「Tourbillon」は渦巻きという意味だと分かった。
ただ、実際のドーナツには渦巻きではなくジグザグの線が描かれていた。

イーストドーナツの上に白いフロスティングが塗ってあり、その上にベージュのメープル
がかかっていた。
生地は柔らかくふんわりし、軽い食感で、中には淡い黄色のカスタードクリームが入って
いた。
フィリングは甘すぎず、濃厚で良い香りのするメープルとよく合っていた。
