Nobi-Nobi Pon de Ring From Mister Donut

I went to Mister Donut to buy my all-time-loving donut called Old Fashion, then I found some new items.
One of them was Nobi-Nobi Pon de Ring and Crème Brûlée Donut.
Nobi-Nobi Pon de Ring was launched on February 10, 2016, and all the 3 flavors will be available till mid May or as long as the supplies last.
According to the site, they pursued fun besides the flavor of the donut, and they stretched out the Pon de Ring, number 1 seller, to the maximum point.
In 2013, Mister Donut launched Pon de Ring Nama, but the flexibility of this Nobi-Nobi Pon de Ring is second to none.
In red letters, it says that this Nobi-Nobi series is the most stretchable as of February 9, 2016.
Nobi-Nobi (のびのび) is an adjective to explain something is relaxed, without worries and also something is stretchy/stretched out, deepening on the sentences.
There're honey flavored "Nobi-Nobi Pon de Rin," chocolate coated "Choco Almond" and brown sugar with Kinako (roasted soybean flour) "Kuromitsu Kinako."
When I received a sample of Nobi-Nobi Pon de Ring, honey flavored, I thought it's very similar to freshly made mochi (sticky rice cake) as it had different softness from Nama and also bouncy texture, and I got Kuromitsu Kinako.
This is the commercial, but the sample didn't extend like this much yet still stretchy and soft.
I was too full to eat it yesterday, so it's a day-old Nobi-Nobi Pon de Ring Kuromitus Kinako.
The donut was a bit flattened, but it's like this when I bought, and the imperfect circle was due to the softness I think.
When I picked the whole donut up, it started breaking (near my thumb, there's a white part), but it didn't separate off.
As it's a day-old donut, it's a bit firmer than the sample I got yesterday, yet still stretchy.
Inside of the dough, there're layers with air like bread, but they're not easily torn and each ball was stuck together for a while.
To completely tear them off, I had to use both hands.
However, it's not hard or too chewy, but still mochi-mochi, which is light chewiness with stickiness that you have when you eat mochi, sticky rice cake.
Rich and fragrant sweetness of Kuromitsu and roast flavor of Kinako made a western donut into Japanese style.
I enjoyed the sticky rice cake-ish texture, and I like this Nobi-Nobi Pon de Ring than regular ones.
Next time I buy one, I should eat it the day I purchase.

私の大好きなオールドファッションを買いにミスタードーナツへ行くと、新商品が数種類
販売されていた。
その中から、のびのびポン・デ・リングとクレームブリュレ ドーナツを買った。
2016年2月10日に発売されたのびのびポン・デ・リングのフレーバーは3種類あり、
どれも5月中旬もしくは在庫が続く限りの販売となる。
サイトによると、ドーナツの美味しさに加えて楽しさも追求し、人気ナンバーワンの
ポン・デ・リングを極限まで伸ばしたものだそうで、2013年に発売されたポン・デ・
リング生よりも伸びるらしい。
また、赤い文字で2016年2月9日現在、最も伸びるポン・デ・リング シリーズだと書かれて
いる。
はちみつ風味の「のびのびポン・デ・リング」、チョコレートでコーティングした
「チョコアーモンド」、黒蜜ときなこの「黒みつきなこ」があり、サンプルでもらった
はちみつ風味は生とは違った柔らかさと弾力があり、つき立てのお餅に近い食感だった
ので、黒みつきなこを買った。
サンプルはコマーシャルのようには伸びなかったものの、弾力と柔らかさはあった。
昨日はお腹がいっぱいで食べなかったので、1日経ってからのびのびポン・デ・リング
黒みつきなこを食べた。
ドーナツは少し平らになっていたけれど、これは買った時からこうだった。
また、いびつな円形になっているのは、柔らかさ故だと思う。
ドーナツを持ち上げると、親指の近くから少しずつ割れ始めたけれど、完全に切り離れる
ことはなかった。
時間が経っているため昨日のサンプルよりも少し硬かったけれど、まだ伸びやすさは
残っていた。
生地の内側はパンのように空気と層が出来ていた。
ただ、パンとは違って簡単にはちぎれず、それぞれの球体がしっかりとくっついていた。
完全に切り離すには両手を使わないと無理だったけれど、硬すぎたりべっとりしたりせず
お餅を食べている時のようなもちもちした食感だった。
黒蜜の濃厚な甘さときなこの香ばしさで、和風のドーナツになっていた。
お餅に似たもちもち食感で、私は普通のポン・デ・リングよりもこののびのびポン・デ・
リングの方が好きだった。
次回買う時は、買ったその日に食べたいと思う。
