I had "Misdo's Rice Burger Dandan Beef BBQ" today available at Mister Donut.

I bought a donut with it, so I got the burger as "donut set" which comes with a drink also.

"Dandan" is a spicy sauce dish originally from Szechuan, China, and popular food would be Dandan noodles.

This Dandan sauce contains pork, bamboo, and doubanjiang (broad bean chili paste).

Over grilled beef, they put the Dandan sauce, chopped onions and a slice of cheese.

豚肉、たけのこ、豆板醤などが入った担々みそを牛焼肉にのせ、たまねぎ、スライスチーズと合わせた

!?!?!?

It's the worst presentation ever, but I think unstable beef with diced onions with melted cheese can't stay still so that the upper rice patty slid aside.

The upper rice patty is about a half way off from the bottom patty.

The bottom side of the paper was pretty greasy and slippery due to the grilled beef and Dandan sauce.

The sauce wasn't that spicy but tasted similar to Yakiniku sauce with chunky and fresh diced onions.

I doubted if the cheese would go well with Dandan sauce, but they went very well together.

Beef, cheese, rice and sweet and a hint of spices Dandan sauce was similar to doria without white (bechamel) sauce.

Though the portion wasn't that large, well seasoned sauce and chewy rice made me full.

ミスタードーナツで販売している「ミスドのライスバーガー 担々牛焼肉」を注文した時に、ドーナツも

1個買ったので、「ドーナツセット」という飲み物付きのセットになった。

この担々ソースには豚肉、タケノコ、豆板醤などが入っていて、それを牛肉焼肉の上に乗せ、

粗みじん切りのタマネギとスライスチーズが乗せてある。

出されたライスバーガーが半分ほどずり落ちていて、「!?!?!?」と思った。

柔らかい牛肉、みじん切りのタマネギ、溶けたチーズが間に挟まれているので、ライスパティが

ずれてしまうのは仕方がないのかもしれない。

包み紙の下側は、牛焼肉と担々ソースの油分でギトギトで滑りやすくなっていた。

ソースに辛さはなく、シャキシャキのタマネギが入った焼肉のタレのような味がした。

最初はチーズと担々ソースが合うか怪しく思っていたけれど、意外なほど美味しかった。

牛肉、チーズ、お米、少しスパイスの効いた甘い担々ソースで、ホワイトソースを使っていない

ドリアのようだった。

それほど大きくなかったけれど、しっかりした味付けともちもちしたライスパティで食べごたえが

あった。
