Poutine From Queues de Castor

We're walking around Old Port this evening and my husband wanted to get a Beavertail from the shop that we've been to, and I realized that I saw poutine last time but didn't try it, so we also got a poutine.
They fried the potatoes to order, put chilled cheese curds over the fries, and poured brown gravy sauce.
It's steamy hot.
It's a thick and brown colored gravy.
Cheese curds were taken out from the refrigerator and they're just cold and didn't have squeakiness.
Gravy sauce was quite salty, however, the fries weren't salted so that it's balanced out.
The container was deep and side, and for less than 8 dollars (before tax), it's a generous amount and the taste itself wasn't bad at all.
If you want to try some Quebecois dish with pastry at the same time,, this is the place you should go to.

今日の夕方に旧市街を歩いていたところ、旦那がビーバーテイルを以前に行ったお店で
食べたいと言い、そこにプーティンがあったのにこの前は食べなかったことを思い出して
プーティンも一緒に買った。
注文を受けてから揚げたポテトの上に冷やしたチーズカードを乗せ、茶色いグレービー
ソースをかけていた。
湯気が立つほど熱々だった。
どろっとした茶色のグレービー。
ポテトは中太で、外側はサクッとして内側はしっとりしていた。
チーズカードは冷蔵庫から取り出していて、冷たいだけでキュキュッとした歯ごたえは
なかった。
グレービーはかなり塩辛かったけれど、ポテトは塩が振られていなかったのでバランスが
取れていた。
容器は深く幅も広く、税抜8ドル以下の料金にしては量も多く、味も悪くはなかった。
もしケベックの料理とスイーツを同時に食べたいなら、ここがお勧め。
