I'll be in Montreal for a couple of days and for the first poutine of this trip, we went to Pannizza which stand in front of McGill University.

There're 2 sizes; snack or regular, and the staff showed me the container so that it's easy to figure out.
When I ordered a snack size, she took the fries under the heating light, put cheese curds, poured gravy sauce, and wiped the dripping sauce around the cup.

The fries seemed to be fried, frozen, then oven baked as the edges were dark.

The gravy sauce was transparent beige and light.

Fries were as skinny as what McDonald's serves but these were crispier and crunchier.
They're not greasy at all and actually quite good fries.

There're many cheese curds but they're small and soft without squeakiness.

Gravy sauce wasn't too salty nor too thick but it's flavorful and slightly sweet.

I wish the cheese curds were squeakier but overall, this poutine was good.

Also, the place was bright and clean.

数日モントリオールに滞在するので、またプーティンを食べに行った。
今回最初に食べたのは、マギル大学の目の前にあるパニッツァというお店のもの。

サイズはスナックとレギュラーの2種類があり、大きさが分かりやすいようにスタッフが
容器を見せてくれた。
スナックサイズを選ぶと、保温電気の下にあったポテトを入れ、チーズカードを乗せ、
グレービーソースをかけ、垂れた部分を拭いてから出してくれた。

ポテトの端が黒っぽかったので、揚げたものを冷凍し、オーブンで焼いたのだと思う。

グレービーソースは透明なベージュで、さらっとしていた。

ポテトはマクドナルドと同じくらい細く、もっとサクサク、カリカリした食感だった。
油っこさもなく、とても美味しいポテトだった。

チーズカードが沢山あったものの、小さくて柔らかく歯ごたえはなかった。

グレービーは塩っぱ過ぎることも、どろどろし過ぎることもなく、風味が良くて少し
甘みがあった。
チーズカードがキュキュッとしていたら良かったけれど、全体的に美味しかった。

また、店舗は明るくて清潔だった。
