Christmas Cookie Concrete From Shake Shack

We stopped by at Shake Shack in Madison Square Park to see if they have any new Concrete flavors, but they only had 3 Holiday Shakes.
3 flavors are Gingerbread, Chocolate Peppermint and Christmas Cookie, and they're available from November 16, 2015 till January 3, 2016.
When my husband asked if they have any new Concrete flavor, they said no but those shake flavors can be made into Concrete.
According to the cashier, the difference was milk; they add milk to make shakes to frozen custard.
The shake was described as "sugar cookie frozen custard topped with whipped cream and red and green sprinkles," but the Concrete didn't come with whipped cream.
The red and green sprinkles were fine and bright.
These sprinkles were crunchy and I think they're cookie crumbles.
The smooth and creamy frozen custard had sugar cookie flavor, too, and it's quite tasty.
Just I wonder if they forgot to put whipped cream or it's only for the Shake.

マディソン スクエア パークのシェイクシャックに立ち寄り、新しいコンクリートの
フレーバーがあるか見て来た。
コンクリートはなく、3種類のホリデー シェイクがあった。
フレーバーはジンジャーブレッド、チョコレート ペパーミント、クリスマス クッキーが
あり、2015年11月16〜2016年1月3日まで販売されている。
シェイクは「シュガークッキー フローズンカスタードに生クリームを乗せ、赤と緑の
スプリンクルをかけた」と書かれていたけれど、コンクリートに生クリームは乗って
いなかった。
赤と緑のスプリンクルは細かく、明るい色だった。
スプリンクルはカリカリしていたので、クッキーを砕いたものだと思う。
滑らかでクリーミーなフローズンカスタードはシュガークッキーの味がし、とても美味し
かった。
生クリームは乗せ忘れたのかシェイクのみに添えられるのか気になった。
