Fantastic Four-Cheese Omelette From Denny's

I had "Fantastic Four-Cheese Omelette" at Denny's.

"Three-egg omelette stuffed with melted Cheddar, Swiss, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, fresh spinach, diced bacon, onions and mushrooms tossed in a blend of sun-dried tomatoes and served with hash browns and your choice of bread."

I got mine with egg white omelette and buttermilk biscuit.

Not only they forgot the unforgettable and bold sausage on the Human torch Skillet, but also they didn't remember to put diced tomatoes on the top.
But it's annoying to tell them and I just ate it as it was.

The edge of the egg white omelette had grilled crispy cheese.

Inside, there're melted cheese and the vegetables were unevenly placed.

I've never seen this large sliced onions used in an omelette.
And there're several of them which were 5cm (2 inch) in diameter.

The vegetables weren't really cut well, and spinach and mushrooms were roughly chopped and left large.
Bacons were very tiny so that it's difficult to spot, but I really enjoyed the melted cheese omelette.

It'd have been much better if they had used nicely cut ingredients, put them evenly and made sure to put the tomatoes on the top.

The biscuit was dried outside and flaky in a good way.

It's fluffy, soft and less greasy and salty than Popeyes' biscuit.
It had sour and rich flavor of buttermilk.

デニーズで、私は「ファンタスティック フォー−チーズ オムレツ」を頼んだ。

「3個分の卵で作ったオムレツに溶けたチェダー、スイス、モッツァレラ、パルメザン

チーズ、生のホウレンソウ、みじん切りのベーコン、タマネギ、マッシュルームを挟み、

サンドライ トマトを乗せ、ハッシュポテトと好きなパンを添えて提供」と書かれていた。

私はオムレツを白身だけで作ってもらい、パンにはバターミルク ビスケットを選んだ。

ヒューマン・トーチ スキレットに巨大で目立つソーセージを乗せ忘れただけではなく、
私のオムレツにもトマトが乗っていなかった。
ただ、再度伝えるのが面倒なのでそのまま食べた。

白身のオムレツの端には、カリカリになったチーズが付いていた。
中には溶けたチーズと野菜が不均一に包まれていた。
タマネギのスライスはどれも大きく、直径が5センチ程度あり、これまでに見たことが
ない大きさだった。
野菜はちゃんと切られておらず、ホウレンソウとマッシュルームはざっくりと切ってあり
大きなままだった。
ベーコンはかなり小さくて見つけづらかったものの、溶けたチーズ入りのオムレツは
とても美味しかった。
もし具材がしっかりと切ってあり、均一に広げられていて、トマトもちゃんと乗って
いたらもっと美味しかったと思う。

ビスケットは良い意味で外側がサラッと乾いていた。
ポパイズのビスケットに比べて塩気、脂っこさが少なく、ふわっと柔らかかった。
バターミルクの酸味と濃い味がした。
