Human Torch Skillet From Denny's

Today, we went back to Denny's again to try the rest of the Fantastic Four dishes.
My husband ordered a Human Torch Skillet with over easy eggs.
"A hearty breakfast sausage with seasoned red-skin potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, fire-roasted bell peppers and onions, jalapeños and freshly made pico de gallo served on sizzlin' hot skillet. Topped with our new spicy fie pepper sauce, Pepper Jack queso and two eggs cooked to order."
When it's served, the huge sausage was missing and we had to ask our waitress.
The plate wasn't that colorful compared with the image.
After a couple of minutes, she brought a sausage and we put it over the vegetables.
The sausage tasted similar to the ones served with Invisible Woman Slam, and it's salty, juicy and had herbal scent and odor.
The sauce wasn't that spicy and the vegetables were mushy.
I didn't taste or see any cheese, and they might have forgotten to put Pepper Jack queso, too, besides the sausage.
There're many sliced jalapeños and they sure added some heat.
Over easy eggs were cooked a bit hard as the yolk didn't run down when they're cut, but it7s possible that they're cooked while on the hot skillet.
It's not that spicy nor was there a fire on the plate, I have no idea what aspect was "Human Torch" in the dish.
Like the last time, employees at this branch blinked the customers came in and it took us a long time to get seated and it took them forever to bring plates though it's far from being full.
And today, the next table from us was occupied with employees having drinks and food and using phones, but I wish they had separated the space where they take a break.

今日、デニーズに行き残りのファンタスティック・フォーの料理を食べた。
旦那はヒューマン・トーチ スキレットをオーバーイージー（目玉焼きの両面焼き）で
注文した。
「ボリュームのある朝食ソーセージに、味付けしたレッドスキン ポテト、マッシュルーム
ソテー、直火焼きのパプリカとタマネギ、ハラペーニョとピコ デ ガヨ（トマト、タマネギ等が
入ったフレッシュサルサ）を熱々の平たい鍋で提供。新しいスパイシー ペッパーソースと
ペッパージャック ケソ、2個の卵を好きな焼き方で調理」と書いてあった。
料理が出されると、大きなソーセージは乗っておらずウェイトレスに確認しなければ
ならなかった。
料理はメニュー写真と比べてあまり色鮮やかではなかった。
数分してウェイトレスがソーセージを持ってきたので、野菜の上に乗せた。
ソーセージはインビジブル ウーマン スラムに付いてきたソーセージに似た味で、塩気が
あり、ジューシーで、臭みとハーブの香りがした。
ソースはあまり辛くはなく、野菜はくたくたになるまで火が通っていた。
ペッパージャック ケソ（チーズ）の味はせず、チーズらしきものも見えなかったので、
ソーセージだけではなくチーズも忘れていたのかもしれない。
ハラペーニョが沢山入っていて、これはしっかり辛さを足していた。
両面焼きの目玉焼き（オーバーイージー）は硬めに焼かれていて、切った時に黄身が垂れ
なかった。
もしかしたら鉄板に乗っている間に火が通って硬くなったのかもしれない。
特に辛くもなく炎が出ていたわけでもないので、何か「ヒューマン・トーチ」の要素
だったのか不明。
前回来た時もそうだったのだけれど、この店舗は入店しても店員が見て見ぬ振りで案内
されるまでに時間がかかり、混雑していないのに料理が出てくるのがとても遅かった。
また、今日座った席の隣のテーブルでは店員が飲食をしたり携帯電話を触ったりしていて
休憩スペースと化していたのたけれど、接客スペースとは隔ててほしいと思った。
