Cheesesteak With Provolone From Pat's King Of Steaks

On the way back from Washington DC to NYC, we stopped by at Philadelphia and had cheesesteaks.
We went to Pat's and Geno's like last time, but this time, we tried it with provolone cheese in place of cheez whiz.
Both Pat's and Geno's had huge lines and ice sculptures and there're many army and navy in their uniforms.
On December 12, 2015, Navy vs. Army Game was in Philadelphia and both shops were giving some discount for those students and veterans.
As we learned last time, we followed the instruction and placed our order with the minimum words that they required all the customers.
Cheesesteak with Provolone
They put provolone on the bread first and put steaks and lightly cooked onion dices.
The onions were cooked more last time.
Provolone was too plain and didn't add much taste or scent, and the flavors of steaks and onions were much stronger.
The cheese smelled weird and I didn't like this cheesesteak with provolone that much.

ワシントンDCからニューヨークへ戻る際、フィラデルフィアに寄ってチーズステーキを
食べた。
前回と同じようにパッツとジーノスの両方へ行き、チーズウィズ（チーズソース）では
なく、今回はプロボロン チーズで注文した。
パッツもジーノスも列が長く、氷の彫刻があり、軍隊と海軍の制服を着た人が沢山いた。
2015年12月12日にフィラデルフィアで陸軍士官学校と海軍兵学校のフットボールの試合が
あり、軍隊学校の生徒や兵役経験者には値引きして提供していた。
前回学んだように、指示に従って必要最小限の言葉で注文をした。
チーズステーキ プロボロン
最初にチーズがパンに乗せられ、その上にステーキと軽く炒めたタマネギが乗っていた。
前回のタマネギはもう少し火が通って茶色かった。
プロボロンはあっさりしすぎて味や香りがほぼなく、ステーキとタマネギに負けていた。
チーズは変な臭いがし、プロボロンのチーズステーキはあまり美味しくなかった。
