It's so hot outside and my husband bought a soda from Brooklyn Soda Works at Smorgasburg.

As they say, "Fresh Cold Pressed Juice + Bubbles = Brooklyn Soda Works," they use local fruits and herbs to make fresh juice and add CO2.

The flavors change by seasons, but last Sunday, they had these 4 flavors.

Each flavor had a short note at the end if it's pasteurized, flash pasteurized or no pasteurized.

This is Blueberry & Lemon soda even though the color looked like Watermelon.
And it's a pasteurized soda.

The cup had 4 bubble-shaped faces and each was different.

It's lightly sour, fruity, and refreshing.
The moderate sweetness was different from fruits, besides blueberries and lemon are both more sour than sweet, so I think it's from the cane sugar they added.
The bubbles were soft and not too sharp, and it's a very tasty soda.

スモーガスバーグへ行った日はかなり暑く、旦那がブルックリン ソーダ ワークスで
ソーダを買った。
「コールドプレスした果汁＋泡＝ブルックリン ソーダ ワークス」と言っている通り、
地元の果物やハーブを使ってジュースを作り、そこに二酸化炭素を加えている。

フレーバーは季節によって変わるけれど、先週日曜日はアップル&ジンジャー、ブルー
ベリー&レモン、スイカ、アーノルド パーマーがあった。
書くフレーバーの後ろには、低温殺菌、高音短時間殺菌、無殺菌かが書かれていた。

ブルーベリー&レモンはスイカのような色をしていて、これは低温殺菌されたソーダ。
カップには泡の形をした4種類の顔があり、それぞれ違った表情だった。

少し酸味があり、フルーティーでさっぱりしていた。
ブルーベリーとレモンは甘いというよりも酸っぱさが強いので、穏やかな甘味はソーダに
足してあったサトウキビのものだと思う。
炭酸はパチパチ強いものではなく、とても美味しいソーダだった。
