Pai No Mi (a mini pie snacks with chocolate filling) and Komeda Coffee has collaborated and they launched Pai No Mi x Komeda "Shiro Noir," the famous danish sweets of the coffee chain, on August 1, 2017.
My husband got me right after the launch, but with a newborn baby, I didn't have much time and finally I got to try this.
On the right top, there's a squirrel in Komeda's uniform with a hat with Komeda logo.
ON the left top, there's a squirrel in Komeda uniform with checked bandana on the head.

Photos on the right had some explanations that the chocolate inside of the 64-layer crispy pie is soft serve flavor with maple scent.

Pai No Mi and Shiro Noir have an unforeseen common point?
The pie of Pai No Mi has 64 layers.
And, fluffy and crispy Danish bread of Shiro Noir also has 64 layers.
It's a wonderful collaboration of Pai No Mi and Shiro Noir with the mutual "64" layers.
Don't you think it's a destiny?
Maybe it'll taste even better if you think about it...?
When I opened the pouch, sweet maple scent came out.
Shiny top.
Tall pie.
The top had maple flavor and between the airy, fragile, and crispy pie, there's a filling.
The maple flavor wasn't the strong but you can definitely taste it.
The filling was supposed to be soft serve flavor, but the maple was richer that I didn't notice it, but when I ate the filling only, it had some vanilla flavor and it's much less sweet and milder than regular white chocolate.

旦那が発売直後に買って来てくれたのだけれど、出産後で時間がなく、やっと今になって
食べた。
右上にはコメダの制服を着用し、ロゴ入りの帽子をかぶったリス。
左上には制服を着て、チェック柄のバンダナを着けたリス。

今しか味わえない、秋季限定のコメダ珈琲店監修のパイの実が登場。
コメダ珈琲店の人気メニューの「シロノワール」をパイの実で表現しました。

パイの実のサクサクのパイ生地は64層。
そして、シロノワールのふわふわサクサクのデニッシュパンも実は、64層なのです。
そんな「64」つながりの、パイの実とシロノワールの素敵なコラボレーション。
ちょっと運命、感じませんか？
それを思いながら食べれば、さらに一層おいしく感じられるかも・・・？
袋を開けると、メープルの甘い香りが広がった。
ツヤツヤの表面。
ふっくらしたパイ。
表面はメープルの香りがし、サクサク軽く、崩れやすいパイの間にはフィリングが入って
いた。
メープル味はそれほど強くなかったけれど、食べると必ず分かる味だった。
フィリングはソフトクリーム味のはずだけれど、メープルの味が濃くて分からなかった。
ただ、フィリングだけ食べるとバニラの香りがし、普通のホワイトチョコレートよりも
甘さがまろやかだった。
