Unicorn Flavored Pistachio Cake From The Cinnamon Snail

I saw that The Cinnamon Snail had posted an adorable photo on Instagram with lots of Unicorn on top sweets called Unicorn Flavored Pistachio Cake.
I showed it to my husband after 1 PM, and not knowing that if they'd still have it, I ran to the shop and got in the line at 1:25 PM.
I placed my order at 1:34 PM and they still had it!
When they asked my name, I said Chihiro and the cashier could spell it correctly as she just watched Ghibli's Spirited Away.
By the way, they have a policy that 8 dollars is the minimum to use credit car.
Unicorn Flavored Pistachio Cake was placed in a box.
Between 2 cakes, there's yellow green cream and the upper cake had small heart-shaped decoration and crumbled pistachio.
And the cake had subtle pink and yellow swirls.
The hair of the unicorn was purple and the horn was white, blue and pink stripes.
The cookie was held with cream, which was not whipped cream as The Cinnamon Snail is serves vegan food.
It's very sweet and sugary frosting.
The cookie was moist but also light and flaky.
The cake was moist and soft, and the pistachio cream was creamy and smooth.
There's no dairy ingredients in this cake, but it's unbelievably tasty and the the texture was amazing.
I tasted cinnamon and nutmeg, but the cake itself didn't have those spice flavors, and I think the sugar coating on the outside had the warm spices as I could see tiny dots on the crispy thin layer.

インスタグラムにシナモン スネイルが「ユニコーン フレーバード ピスタチオケーキ」と
いう写真を投稿したのを見た。
写真にはケーキの上にユニコーンが飾られていて、とてもかわいかった。
13時過ぎに旦那に見せ、まだ在庫があると確信はないもののお店に走って行き、13時
25分に列に並んだ。
13時34分に注文すると、まだケーキが残っていた。
名前を聞かれたので「ちひろ」と言うと、この店員はジブリの「千と千尋の神隠し」を
最近見たばかりとのことで、正しい綴りを入力していた。
2枚のケーキの間には黄緑色のクリームが挟まれていて、上側のケーキには小さなハート
型のデコレーションがあり、砕いたピスタチオも乗っていた。
ケーキにはかなり淡いピンクと黄色の渦が見えた。
クッキーはクリームで支えてあり、シナモン スネイルはビーガンフードを提供している
ので、これは生クリームではなかった。
とても甘いフロスティングだった。
クッキーはしっとりしながらも、軽くほろほろした食感だった。
シナモンとナツメグの味がしたけれど、ケーキ自体にはスパイスの味はなく、外側の
砂糖のコーティングの中に細かい点々が見えたので、このシャリシャリした薄い層に
スパイスが入っていたのだと思う。

乳製品が全く入っていないのに、驚くほど食感も良く美味しかった。
