Unicorn Cookie Cheesecake Donut From The Cinnamon Snail

I tend to be a shut-in, unless I plan something beforehand, and to motivate me to go outside is food, to be honest.
When I was checking twitter in bed in the morning, I saw Unicorn Cookie Cheesecake Donut sold by The Cinnamon Snail at The Pennsy.
And they're so tasty and it's hard to believe they're vegan.
The vender opened at 11 AM and it's already 11:30 AM so that I quickly changed clothes and walked super fast to get there before the pastries would be all gone.
I got there a bit after 12 PM and there're about 5 people in the line to order and another 5 people waiting for the food on the other side.
In the glass showcase, I saw the Unicorn Cookie Cheesecake Donut and a cute pie, which they said "PB&J Poptart" so I got both one each.
As I was gonna eat it at The Pennsy, I said no bag.
While I was grabbing some paper napkins, another staff kindly asked me if I needed a bag, but as above, I declined.

I've had their pastries from food truck, which isn't currently on the road but catering the private events, as far as I know, and it's a vegan, organic, and Kosher food vender.
(Kosher mark was on the left bottom of the menu on the truck.)
And they're so tasty and it's hard to believe they're vegan.

Over the pink background, there're yellow stars and the unicorn had purple hair and light blue and pink stripe horn.

The donut was soft and moist, and it's an yeast donut like bread, and the cinnamon flavor was very subtle.
The cookie was a softer version of sugar cookie.
The donut had a little dent and there're 3 cherry compotes.
I personally didn't notice any cheesecake flavor, but the cherry compotes were to describe the sauce on cheesecakes.
It's not only cute but also a tasty donut.

紫の毛、水色とピンクの縞模様の角、ピンクの背景に黄色の星が散っていた。

クッキーは柔らかめのシュガークッキーに似た食感だった。
ドーナツの中心はくぼんでいて、チェリーコンポートが3個入っていた。
かわいいだけでなく、美味しいドーナツだった。

食べ物くらい。
ユニコーンクッキー チーズケーキドーナツが販売されていると知った。
これまでにフードトラックで彼らのスイーツを買ったことがある。
このベンダーはビーガン（完全菜食主義）、オーガニック、コーシャーフードを販売して
いる。
（コーシャーの印がメニューの左下にあった。）
どれもとても美味しく、ビーガンだと思えないほどだった。
既に11時半で、お店は11時に開店していたので素早く着替え、売り切れる前に小走りで
お店に向かった。
正午過ぎに着くと注文する列に5人が並んでいて、反対側には料理を待っている人が5人
程度いた。
ガラスのショーケースにはユニコーンクッキー チーズケーキドーナツと可愛いパイ「PB&
J ポップタート」があったので、両方1個ずつ買った。
PB&Jはピーナッツバター＆ジェリー（ジャムのこと）の頭文字で、甘いサンドイッチ。
ペンシーで食べようと思っていたので、袋は不要と伝えた。
紙ナプキンを取っている時に別の店員が親切に袋がいるかと聞いてくれた。（これも
前述の理由から断った）

ドーナツはふかふかでしっとりし、パンのようなイーストドーナツで、シナモンの香りが少しだけあった。
正直チーズケーキの味は分からなかったけれど、チェリーコンポートはチーズケーキに
かかっているソースを表現していたのだと思う。
