I finally went to Starbucks to get their newest Frappuccino called "Caramel Waffle Cone Frappuccino" launched on May 3, 2016.

There're some locations but I didn't have a good impression from the closest branch and ever since I'm avoiding the specific one, and I went to a different location today.

I placed my order, they didn't ask my name (it's unusual for Starbucks) and waited for my Frappuccino, then I was given Grande Caramel Latte... What???
To the staff, I said I had ordered Caramel Waffle Cone Frappuccino with MINI cup, which is back for a limited time.
When I placed my order originally, they charged me 4.84 dollars after tax but no receipt was given and they didn't tell me the price for the Mini Caramel Waffle Cone Frappuccino so that I have no idea if it's correctly priced.

Finally my order was ready, but I didn't see the caramel sauce shown on the board at the shop (the right side of the photo above), so I asked him where the caramel sauce, and he laughed and said, "It's inside."
Then why the board shows the caramel sauce on the top!?!?!?
I was tired of waiting and didn't feel like dealing with them so I left the location.
(I found another never-visiting-again location on 8th Avenue. Sigh...)

Here's exactly what the press release says.

"Caramel Waffle Cone Frappuccino is made with waffle cone syrup and dark caramel sauce blended with coffee, milk and ice. The beverage is topped with whipped cream, waffle cone pieces and more dark caramel sauce."

As you can see, it clearly says "MORE DARK CARAMEL SAUCE" at the end, so I have no idea why the staff said, "the sauce is inside." (It's such a BS.)

The waffle pieces were crispy, and the beverage had intense sweet caramel flavor so that the coffee and waffle cone syrup flavors were very subtle.
It's hard to finish the whole cup though it's a Mini size because of the sugary taste.

I wish all the staffs knew what they're doing.

2016年5月3日に発売された新しいフラペチーノ「キャラメル ワッフルコーン フラペ

チーノ」をやっと飲んだ。

アパートの近くに数店舗あるのだけれど、以前行った1番近い店舗は印象が悪く、2度と
行かないように避けているので、今日は違う店舗に行ってきた。

注文をし、（スターバックスでは普段名前を聞かれるものの、今回は）名前を聞かれない
まま商品を待った。
ところが、なぜかグランデのキャラメル ラテを出されたので、スタッフにキャラメル
ワッフルコーン フラペチーノを、期間限定で再販売されているミニサイズで注文したと
伝えた。
最初に注文した際、税込4.84ドルを支払ったのだけれど、レシートも渡されず、ミニの
キャラメル ワッフルコーン フラペチーノの値段も聞かされなかったので、正しい金額かは
不明。

やっと商品が出されたのだけれど、店内の看板に載っていた写真にあるソースがかかって
いなかったので、ソースはかからないのか聞くと、スタッフは笑いながら「ソースは中に
入っているよ」と言っていた。
だったらなぜ店内の写真にはソースがかかっているのだろう？とモヤモヤしたけれど、
待ち疲れていたのでこれ以上手間をかけたくないと思い、お店を出た。
（8番通りにあるスターバックスで「2度と行かない店舗」に追加決定）

プレスリリースに記載されている文言は以下。
「キャラメル ワッフルコーン フラペチーノは、ワッフルコーン シロップとダーク
キャラメルソースをコーヒー、ミルク、氷と混ぜ、生クリーム、ワッフルコーン ピース、
さらにダーク キャラメルソースをかけたもの。」
「さらにダーク キャラメルソースをかけた」と明記してあるので、「ソースは中に入って
いる」と言った店員の気が知れない。

ワッフルはカリカリし、飲み物自体はキャラメルの甘さが強く、コーヒーの味もワッフル
コーンシロップの味もわずかにしか分からなかった。
ミニサイズでも飲み干すのに苦労した、かなり甘いフラペチーノだった。

全ての店員が商品についてしっかりと理解していてもらいたい。
