Back in early January, 2016, I found "Ritz Snowflake" at the supermarket, Provigo, in Montreal.
It said "Limited Edition" so that I bought it even though the flavor is the same.

As you can see, the Ritz crackers aren't circle but octagon and each cracker has snowflake imprint besides the box design.

LET IT SNOW WITH RITZ

I was afraid many of the crackers would be broken when I saw there's a giant bag in the box instead of several individual bags.

But fortunately, there're more than enough perfect shaped crackers.

On the back, there's almost no snowflake.

It tasted like American Ritz crackers, which taste different from those sold in Japan.
I personally think that Japanese Ritz is more buttery and fragrant with darker surface, and flakier.

2016年1月初旬、モントリオールにあるプロヴィゴというスーパーで「リッツ スノー

フレーク」という商品を見つけた。
「期間限定」と書かれていたので、味は通常のものと変わらないけれど1箱買った。

このリッツクラッカーは円形ではなく8角形で、1枚1枚雪の結晶（スノーフレーク）が
刻まれている。
箱の中には小分けになった数個の袋ではなく、大きな袋が1つ入っていただけだったので
クラッカーが割れていないか心配だったけれど、多くのクラッカーは綺麗な形を保って
いた。
裏面はほとんど雪の結晶は見えなかった。

アメリカのリッツと似た味で、日本のものとは異なる風味だった。
個人的に、日本のリッツクラッカーの方がバターの香りが強く、濃い焼き色の表面で
香ばしく、サクサクしている気がする。
