Skin Rejuvenator Juice From Whole Foods

When we're at Whole Foods Market in Austin, I found the branch has a juice bar and the beverages are made to order.
Juice
Smoothies
Elixirs and Warm Tonics, and also Kombucha
(I saw brown mini cup called "shot.")
Power Bowls
I decided to get a "Skin Rejuvenator" since I felt I've been under the sun too much with light sunscreen...
I ordered the smallest size (12 oz. / 355ml), spelled out my name, then paid at the "Express Lane" instead of a regular lane afterwards since the waiting time for the juice was about 7 minutes and I wanted to utilize the time efficiently.
This is the Skin Rejuvenator, and it's a dark purple juice and looked watery.
It's made of bell pepper, beet, spinach, apple, kale and cucumber.
It's very light and not as thick as smoothie.
I tasted strong pepper flavor, and the aftertaste was cucumber.
It had a bit of sweet flavor from apple, but overall it's a refreshing and watery beverage which tasted like a drinkable salad.
It had some bitterness, I think it's from kale but I didn't really mind the flavor.

オースティンのホールフーズマーケットにはジュースバーがあり、注文後にジュースを
作ってくれる。
ジュース、スムージー、エリクシル（万能薬の意味で、ショットサイズの茶色いジュース
だった）、ウォームトニック（温かい炭酸水、強壮剤）、昆布茶、パワーボウル（果物と
グラノーラ等が入ったボウル）があった。
弱い日焼け止めを塗っていたものの、太陽に沢山当たっていたので、スキン リジュブネー
ター（肌を活性化させる、若返らせるという意味）のジュースを選んだ。
1番小さなサイズ（12オンス / 355ml）を頼み、名前の綴りを伝え、購入商品数が少ない
場合に使える「エクスプレス」と書かれたレジで支払いを先に済ませた。
後から通常のレジで支払っても良かったのだけれど、待ち時間が7分程度と言われたので、
時間を無駄にしないためにも支払っておいた。
出来上がったジュースは濃い紫色で、水っぽい見た目だった。
これはパプリカ、ビーツ、ホウレンソウ、リンゴ、ケール、キュウリが入っている。
とてもサラッとしていて、スムージーのような濃厚さはなかった。
パプリカの味が強く、後味はキュウリ。
リンゴのほのかな甘さがあったけれど、全体的にすっきりした水っぽい飲み物で、飲める
サラダと言った味だった。
ケールと思われる苦味が少しあったけれど、私はあまり気にならなかった。
