Morinaga Milk Caramel & Marshmallow Pizza From Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut launched a collaborated pizza with Morinaga, and it's called "Milk Caramel & Marshmallow Pizza" on May 29, 2014 to celebrate a Day of Morinaga Milk Caramel, which is on June 10.
And it's one of the things I wanted to try while I'm back in Japan and we walked to one of Pizza Hut and ordered this sweet pizza.
* To get items delivered, you have to order more than 1,400 yen so we went ordered to-go.

We got there around 1 PM and ordered.
They said it'd take about 15 minutes so I waited outside.
The receipt says "caramel & marshmallow pizza."
It's 800 yen, tax inclusive.
This big flag was outside of the shop.
In about 20 minutes or so, my sweet pizza was ready.
On the campaign page, there's a note that this product can't be delivered hot due to the features," however, it's pretty hot when I received it.
It's a medium size pizza (that's the only size available), and it's placed in a regular pizza box.
When I opened the box, it had very sweet caramel flavor.
On the dough, there're milk caramel sauce, colorful marshmallows and almond slices.
The marshmallows were yellow, green, pink and pale pink.
On the crust, there're salty cheese, which tasted like Parmesan but some sources say it's Cheddar, so I'm not sure what kind of cheese they used but it's salty like regular cheese.
But I didn't taste cheese in the middle (where marshmallows and caramel sauce were put).
Marshmallows weren't melted so they're soft but bouncy.
Almond slices weren't baked in the oven so that they're not crunchy or fragrant, and they just added some nutty flavor and subtle chunky texture.
I didn't really taste the cheese on the edge as the milk caramel sauce was very strong.
I wish they would keep this sweet pizza forever.

これは6月10日の「森永ミルクキャラメルの日」の記念日に合わせたための商品。
帰国している間にしたかったことの1つが、ピザハットの甘いピザを食べることだったので、今日の
お昼過ぎにピザハットへ行き、ミルクキャラメル&マシュマロピザを注文した。
* デリバリーは1,400円以上注文しないといけないので、「持ち帰り」で注文。

13時頃お店に着いて注文し、15分程度かかるとのことだったので外で待った。
レシートには「キャラメル&マシュマロピザ」と書かれていて、税込800円。
店舗の外には商品ののぼりが出ていた。
20分ほどでピザが出来上がった。
キャンペーンページには「商品の特性上熱々でのお届けはできません」と書いてあったけれど、
受け取った商品はかなり熱かった。
このキャラメル&マシュマロピザはMサイズのみで、通常のピザ箱に入っていた。
箱を開けると甘いキャラメルの香りが広がった。
生地の上にはミルクキャラメルソース、マシュマロ、アーモンドスライスがたっぷり乗っていた。
マシュマロは黄、緑、ピンク、薄ピンクの4色だった。
クラストにはチーズかかっていて、パルメザンのような塩気があった。
チェダーチーズと書いてあるサイトもあり、結局どのチーズが使われているのかは分からない
けれど、通常のピザのように塩味のクラストだった。
マシュマロやキャラメルソースがかかった中心部分はチーズの味はしなかった。
マシュマロは溶けていなかったので、柔らかく弾力があった。
アーモンドスライスはオーブンで焼かれていなかったので、パリパリ感や香ばしさはなく、
ナッツの香りとごくわずかなカリカリの食感を足していた。
耳に乗ったチーズの味が気にならないほど、ミルクキャラメルの味が濃かった。
甘い物が好きなので、通常メニューに加えてほしいほど。
