When we're searching if Popeyes had any new items, we found that they launched Magnolia Blossom Chicken.
According to some sites, it's launched either on May 31 or June 1 and available for a limited time.
On the window and inside of the branch had posters.
We got a combo and also a Banana Pudding Parfait.
When we received the plate, we were lost for words because the chicken didn't look like magnolia but a crow's foot or a human's hand trying to hold an egg.
* Magnolia is a state flower of Louisiana and Mississippi.
It looked creepy.
It looked like a shaft with balls hanging.
It's designed to tear but as it's a bit crowded, it's not that easy to break into pieces.
If it had been fried the way shown on the poster, it'd have been surely easy to handle and eat.
The all white meat had some red dots under the signature crunchy breading, and it had mild spiciness.
My husband said they didn't ask mild or spicy, so we thought they only have one flavor for Magnolia Blossom Chicken.
The new sauce is called Spicy Orange Sauce.
It smelled like orange marmalade and I saw crushed red peppers.
It's sweet, citric, and a little spicy sauce went well with the chicken.
This sauce was one of the edible and enjoyable sauces that I've had from Popeyes so far.
For combo, it came with fries, one biscuit and a soda.

ポパイズに新しい商品があるか調べていたところ、マグノリア ブロッサム チキンが販売
されていた。
いくつかのサイトによると、5月31日か6月1日に発売された期間限定商品らしい。
窓や店内に新期間限定商品のポスターが貼ってあった。
これをセットで頼み、一緒にバナナ プディング パフェも注文した。
商品を受け取ると、マグノリア（モクレンの花）ではなくカラスの足か、卵を持とうと
している人の手にしか見えず、言葉に詰まった。
* マグノリアはルイジアナ州、ミシシッピー州の州花
気持ちが悪い見た目だった。
棒にボールが付いているような状態だった。
ちぎって食べるようにデザインされているらしいけれど、これはお肉が混み合っていた
ので裂きにくかった。
もしポスターのような形に揚げてあったら、もっと簡単に手でちぎって食べられたと
思う。
ポパイズの特徴的なカリカリの衣と鶏胸肉の間に赤い点々が見え、マイルドな辛さが
あった。
店員にマイルドかスパイシーかを聞かれなかったようなので、マグノリア ブロッサム
チキンの味は1種類なのだと思う。
新しいソースはスパイシー オレンジ ソース。
オレンジママレードのような香りで、砕いた赤唐辛子が見えた。
甘く、酸味があり、少しピリッとしたソースで、チキンと良く合っていた。
このソースはこれまでにポパイズで食べた中でも美味しい味の1つだった。
セットにはポテト、ビスケット1個、ソーダが付いていた。
