My husband used to eat an ice candy called "Traffic Light Popsicle" in Israel, and it seemed like almost everyone grew up with.
I thought it's a nickname as it's green, yellow and red, but even the package had the traffic light picture so that it might be really named that way from the first.

The popsicle was red, yellow and green from the top, the boundary lines were blurred and partially mixed with the color next to each other.
Red was close to orange and yellow had some green hue.

It's refreshing, sweet and crispy ice candy.
I only had a couple of bite of the red, but according to my husband, each color has different flavor.
Red is cherry, yellow is lemon and green is lime.


旦那はよくイスラエルで「トラフィックライト ポプシクル」というアイスキャンディーを
食べていて、ほとんどの人がこれを食べて育ったようだった。
トラフィックライト（traffic light）は信号機のことで、緑、黄、赤色の3色が使われている
アイス。
この見た目から通称名でトラフィックライトと呼ばれているのかと思ったら、信号機の
絵がデザインされていたので、正式名称なのかもしれない。

ポプシクル（popsicle、アイスキャンディー）は上から赤、黄、緑で、境界線はぼやけて
いて、隣同士の色と混ざっていた。
赤はオレンジに近く、黄色の部分には緑色がぼんやりと見えた。

さっぱりした甘さで、シャリシャリしたアイスだった。
数口しか食べなかったけれど、旦那によると各色は異なった味がし、赤はチェリー、黄は
レモン、緑はライム味らしい。
