We got Lay's chips in Israel though neither of us reads Hebrew well, and all we knew was it's something spicy.
The reason we could tell it's Lay's is that the iconic yellow and red mark, and apparently, the brand is known as Tapuchips (תפוצ’יפס).
* The white letter on the red ribbon is script, so that they look different from block letters.

There're some short lines at the right bottom.

And also on the left top.

I used a translation site and typed in Hebrew, then I figured what this part says at least.
קראנצ’י --> crunchy
טעם --> taste
מקסיקני --> Mexican

On the back, there's a Kosher mark.

I don't remember what Lay's says in English on the back, but I think Hebrew lines are the same as English package.

When I opened the bag, I saw red powdered wavy chips, but it didn't have spicy scent.

A fine waved and thick sliced potato chip caught seasoning powder, and it sure was crunchy, but I have no idea what they meant "Mexican Taste" about this as it tasted like salty consomme.
At the end, there's a little chili pepper flavor but not spicy at all.

Ingredients were written in Hebrew and Arabic.

イスラエルでレイズのポテトチップスも買った。

ヘブライ語がしっかり読めないのだけれど、辛いということだけは想像がついた。
袋に象徴的なロゴマークが入っていたので、すぐにレイズだと分かった。
イスラエルではタプチップス（Tapuchips / תפוצ’יפס）として知られているらしい。
* 赤いリボンの上に書かれている文字は筆記体なので、上記のブロック体とは違って
見える

袋の右下、左上に何か書いてあった。
唐辛子の近くにあった文字を翻訳サイトで入力し、以下の内容であることが分かった。
קראנצ’י --> クランチー（カリカリした）
טעם --> テイスト（味）
מקסיקני --> メキシカン

裏にはコーシャーの印が付いていて、右側には文章が載っていた。
英語の文章は覚えていないけれど、ヘブライ語の内容も英語と同じだと思う。

袋を開けると波形のポテトチップスに赤い粉がかかっていたのが見えたものの、辛い
香りはしなかった。
細かいウェーブで厚めにスライスされたポテトチップスは粉が沢山かかっていて、確かに
カリッとした食感はあった。
ただ、塩っぱいコンソメ味で「メキシカン テイスト」と表記された意味が分からない
フレーバーで、最後の最後に少しだけ唐辛子の味があり、辛さはほぼなかった。
原材料名はヘブライ語、アラビア語で書かれていた。
