ウォーカーズ ショートブレッド フェスティブシェイプ

One of my favorite shortbread cookies is Walkers, and the other day, my husband found a special shaped shortbread.
On the side, there're 4 shapes that were on the top of the box.
On the back, I learned something new; they don't use artificial colors, flavorings or preservatives.
The tray inside was gold and a lot of stars were designed.
And there's a coupon sealed upside-down.
There're total 5 coupons.
Uncovered, and from the left, it's Santa, tree, star and bell shape, and each shape had 3 shortbread cookies.
Santa
It's hard to see his smiling lips as there're a lot of sugar on his face.
It had small dots as if they're lights and it's much less sugary than Santa.
Star
There're smaller star patter inside of the star shape and this one had less sugar like tree.
Bell
The bottom pattern had some sugar.
Walkers is always so tasty!
I liked those less sugary pieces like tree and star more.

私の好きなショートブレッドの1つがウォーカーズのもので、「フェスティブシェイプ」と
いうこの時期限定のものを買ってきてくれた。
お馴染みの赤いタータンチェック柄の箱には雪の結晶と、ソリに乗った子供、ヒイラギの
葉飾りが載って いた。
側面には表面と同じ4種類のショートブレッドの写真が載っていた。
背面を読んで、初めてウォーカーズのショートブレッドが着色料や人工香料、保存料を
一切使用していないと知った。
中のトレーは金色で、星の模様が付いていた。
また、割引券が上下逆さまに貼ってあり、全部で5枚あった。
左からサンタ、ツリー、星、ベルの形をした ショートブレッドがそれぞれ3枚ずつ入って
いた。
サンタ
砂糖が サンタの顔全体にたぷりかかっていたので、にっこりしている口ははっきりと
見えなかった。
ツリー
表面には点々があり、ツリーのライトのようだった。
また、かかっている砂糖はサンタに比べてずっと少なかった。
星
内側にも星形があり、これもツリー同様サンタよりも砂糖が少なかった。
ベル
下側にある模様の部分に砂糖が溜まっていた。
バターたっぷりの良い風味があり、サクッとしてホロホロとした食感で安定の美味しさ。
私は砂糖があまり付いていないツリーや星が好きだった。
