This is another Mini Puffs the former intern bought for us alongside of Apple Cinnamon Mini Puffs.
The flavor is plain, but the shell and white sugar looked the same.

It's a bite-size mini puff.

From the side.

In the crispy shell, custard cream with vanilla beans was filled.

Both fillings were creamy and soft, and I think this bite-size makes more sense to eat it at one bite so that the filling won't fall.
And also these mini puffs were great size when I want some sweets, but not a lot.

昔のインターンがアップルシナモン ミニパフと一緒に買ってきてくれたのが、このミニ
パフ。
フィリングはプレーンで、皮と白いパウダーシュガーはアップルシナモンと同じ ような
見た目だった。

一口サイズのサクサクの皮の中に、バニラビーンズ入りのカスタードが入っていた。
フィリングは両方とも柔らかくクリーミーなので、 ミニパフは一口で一度に食べた方が
フィリングが垂れなくて良いと思った。
このミニパフは甘いものを少しだけ食べたい時に丁度良い大きさ。
