Tokyo Ueno Zoo Panda Ramen (Shoyu)

(Japanese follows. /

When I found Gorilla Ramen, I also bought Panda Ramen.
It's written "Tokyo Ueno Zoo Panda Ramen" and it seemed to be launched around September 2013.

Other zoo collaborated ramen.

Tokyo Ueno Zoo
x
Soy Sauce Noodle

On the back, there's a face of panda (only the eyes, nose and mouth) with definition of the flavor, "soy sauce."

On the back top, "This product supports Tokyo Ueno Zoo" and a part of the sales of this ramen is donated to "Save the Panda," a foundation to protect and support giant pandas.

Underneath this information, there's a direction how to cook this ramen by a panda.
1. In a boiling water (600ml), put noodles in and cook for 4 minutes and a half.
2. When the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat and pour soup in the pot.
3. Pour into a bowl and serve (toppings should make the bowl tastier).

These were what in the panda package, a bag of ramen and soup.

Soup paste was slightly thick but much runnier than that of Gorilla Ramen, but thicker than Shirokuam Ramen.
The texture was similar to diluted Hershey's chocolate syrup (smooth but rich).
It tasted different from Gorilla Ramen, especially Panda Ramen didn't have garlic scent but mianma.
When I saw that they used mianma (bamboo shoot) flavor on the ingredients list, I just thought of panda bears instantly, but I'm not sure if it's their intention to use something related to panda bears.
Noodles were the same and tasty.
The soup had more flavor when it was mixed with hot water and it had sweet after taste.
The soup paste contains onion powder, so I assume the sweet and fragrant taste were from onion.
So far, all the 3 types were different and enjoyable.
I truly love the ramen that they've produced and it's as good as freshly made noodles.
