When we're taking a walk, we saw Mom's Kitchen & Bar in Hell's Kitchen, and the wall had a large painting of a shake, which made us want to try the place.
At one night, we went there for dinner, and the diner was spacious and it's easy to go in with a stroller.
There're unique menus and I was shocked to see no ordinary pancakes.
Rainbow Bright Shake
Vanilla ice cream with Fruity Pebbles.
Toppings: vanilla icing, Fruity Pebbles, lollies, berry syrup drizzle and a cupcake.
There's no cupcake and when we asked about it, the staff just said, "It's sold out" unapologetically or no word of "sorry."
Mac & Cheese Pancakes
With Cholula honey drizzled on top for a delicate sweetness.
Mac & Cheese is salty and I've never thought of it becoming pancakes, and the dish was literally pancakes mixed with mac & cheese.
Over the pancakes, there's white gooey object that was creamy, a bit starchy and salty like gravy.
There're elbow macaronis inside and the whole pancakes tasted like buttermilk pancakes because of the saltiness from mac & cheese.
The combination of carbs and carbs was tastier than I thought.
The sweetness of honey went well with saltiness, and it's the same idea of pouring honey over quattro formaggi so that I didn't find that weird.
Heavy Metal Fries
Topped with cheese curds, peppercorn gray, chopped chives, pickled onion & Sriracha.
The description didn't say poutine but the ingredients (fries, cheese curds and gravy sauce) make poutine, so we ordered it as it's a poutine.
Cheese curds were slightly melted but they had mild squeakiness.
The amount of sriracha sauce was about the same as that of gravy sauce, and all I tasted was sriracha.
When I tried the gravy sauce only, it's peppery and very close to what KFC uses.
Fries were ok but they're quite soft due to the weight of gravy and sriracha, and of course from the moisture, they're never crispy.

散歩中、ヘルズキッチンにあるマムズ キッチン＆バーを見つけ、壁に描かれていた大きな
シェイクの絵が気になり、お店に行ってみたいと思った。
後日夜ご飯を食べに行くと、中は広々としていてベビーカーでも入ることができた。
変わったメニューが多く、普通のパンケーキがなくて驚いた。
レインボーブライトシェイク
バニラアイスクリーム、フルーティーペブルズ（フルーツ味のシリアル）
トッピング： バニラアイシング、フルーティーペブルズ、ロリポップ、ベリーシロップ、
カップケーキ
カップケーキが乗っていなかったので店員に聞くと、「カップケーキは売り切れ」とだけ
言われ、悪びれる様子はなく、「すみません」の一言もなかった。
マック＆チーズ パンケーキ
繊細な甘みとして、チョルラハニーがかけてある。
マック＆チーズは塩気があるもので、それがパンケーキになっているものを今まで考えた
ことがなかったので頼んでみると、文字通りパンケーキにマック＆チーズが入っていた。
パンケーキの上にはクリーミーで少しとろみがあり、塩気のあるグレービーに似た白い
ソースがかかっていた。
エルボーマカロニが入っていて、パンケーキ全体がマック＆チーズの塩気でバターミルク

チーズカードは少し溶けていたけれど、適度に歯応えが残っていた。
グレイビーソースと同じくらいの量のシラチャソースがかかっていて、ほぼシラチャの味
しかしなかった。
グレイビーソースだけ食べてみると、胡椒の香りがし、ケンタッキーのグレイビーに
そっくりだった。
ポテトはまぁまぁという印象で、グレイビーとシラチャの重さでふにゃっとしていて、
ソースの水分でサクサクした食感はなかった。

はちみつの甘さも塩気とのバランスが良く、クアトロフォルマッジにはちみつをかけて
食べていると思えば違和感がなかった。
