Hushpuppy Butterfly Shrimp From Popeyes

It's been a while since last time we went to Popeyes, and as I was interested in their Hushpuppy Butterfly Shrimp, a limited time item, we went a midtown location today.
Online says it's 4.99 dollars with 8 butterfly shrimps, 1 regular side, 1 biscuit and cajun cocktail dipping sauce, but at the restaurant, it's 6.99 dollars as a combo.
They sure put 8 pieces of shrimps.
Creole Cocktail Sauce, not Cajun Cocktail Dipping Sauce that the poster and online met says.
When my husband got this, they took this sauce out from the fridge; maybe because this cocktail sauce isn't sterilized in boiling water or pasteurized?
It looked rough like tomato puree and had vinegar scent.
Hushpuppy Butterfly Shrimp is shrimps covered in cornmeal batter and fried.
Cornmeal was sweet and the bumpy surface was very crunchy.
The cocktail sauce had tangy vinegar, and it's more refreshing than BBQ sauce.
The tail was still on and I love crispy tails so that I was glad it's left on.
For the side, I got Green Beans.
The beans were soft as if I could drink them, and there're some meat, maybe ham.

最後にポパイズに行ったのはしばらく前のことで、限定商品のハッシュパピー バタフライ
シュリンプに興味があったのでミッドタウンの店舗に行った。
ネットではバタフライシュリンプ8個、レギュラーサイド1個、ビスケット1個とケイジャン
カクテルディッピングソースが付いて4.99ドルだったけれど、店舗では飲み物付きが6.99
ドルとなっていた。
ちゃんとエビが8個あった。
クレオール カクテルソースと書かれていて、ポスターやネットにあった「ケイジャン
カクテル ディッピングソース」という名前ではなかった。
旦那がこのソースを受け取った時、店員が冷蔵庫から取り出していたらしいので高温・
低温殺菌をしていないのかも？
トマトピューレのようなザラッとした見た目で、お酢の香りがした。
ハッシュパピー バタフライシュリンプは、コーンミールの衣をつけたエビを揚げたもの。
コーンミールはほんのり甘く、ゴツゴツした表面はとてもカリッとしていた。
カクテルソースはお酢の酸味があり、BBQソースよりもあっさりしていた。
尻尾が付いたままで、尻尾好きの私には嬉しいポイント。
サイドメニューにはグリーンビーンズを選んだ。
噛まずに飲め込めるほど柔らかく、ハムらしきものが混ざっていた。
