Smoke Mountain Sandwich From Arby's

I saw Arby's commercial about smoke meat sandwiches, and I wen to try it.
There're Smokehouse Pork Belly, Smokehouse Turkey and Smoke Mountain Sandwiches and all are new and limited.
I tried the last sandwich that contains both pork belly and turkey besides brisket.
Between Star Cut Bun, there're Crispy Onion Strings, Pork Belly, Smoked Brisket, Smoked Cheddar Cheese, Smoked Mesquite Turkey Breast, Smoky Q Sauce.

I tried the last sandwich that contains both pork belly and turkey besides brisket.
Smoke Mountain Sandwich
It's ready in about 10 minutes, and the box was quite tall and large like McDonald's Quarter Pounder.
When I opened the box, the burger instantly provide the nice smoky scent.
The meat was flooding out from the bun.
The diameter was about 12cm (4.72 inch).
The order of the meats was different from the advertisement.
The cheese was completely melted so that it's no longer a slice.
Meat, meat, meat...
There's a slice of large pork belly that was about 1.5cm (0.59 inch) thick.
It's very thick and difficult to hold by one hand as the meats were very slippery.
Onion Strings were crispy even though covered in the sauce. This burger consists of 3 kinds of meat and cheese, and they're all smoked so that the smokiness was definitely intense.
While brisket and turkey were really thinly sliced, they're moist and no dried part.
Pork belly was so soft that I didn't even have to bite as it melted in my mouth, and it's also juicy.
However, pork belly's meat and fat was 1:1 and at one point I got disgusted by the flabby fat, and I removed the rest of the fat.
Every time I bit, the meat had some avalanches, around my mouth was a complete mess and it's not easy to eat, but still it's so meaty and great to enjoy different kind soft meat in one sandwich.

アービーズのスモークミートサンドイッチのCMを見たので、早速食べてきた。
スモークハウス ポークベリー、スモークハウス ターキー、スモークマウンテン サンド
イッチの3種類があり、全て新商品で期間限定販売されている。
ポークベリー、ターキー、ブリスケっとが入った最後のサンドイッチを頼んだ。
十文字の切り込み入りのバンズの間にクリスピー オニオンストリング、ポークベリー、
スモークブリスケット、スモークチェダーチーズ、スモークメスキート ターキブレスト、
スモーキーQソースが入っている。
スモークマウンテン サンドイッチ
10分程度で出来上がり、箱はマクドナルドのクオーターパウンダーと同じくらい大きく
高さもあった。
箱を開けると、燻製の良い香りがした。
お肉はバンズに収まりきらず、はみ出していた。
直径は約12センチ。
お肉の順番は広告とは異なっていた。
上からスモーキーQソース、クリスピーオニオンストリング、スモークチェダーチーズ、
スモークブリスケっと、スモークメスキート ターキーブレスト、ポークベリー、さらに
スモーキーQソースが入っていた。
チーズは完全に溶けていたので、スライスの状態ではなかった。
肉、肉、肉...
1.5cmほど厚みのある1枚のポークベリーが挟まれていた。
とても分厚く、お肉が滑りやすいバーガーだったので、片手で持つのは難しかった。
ソースがかかったオニオンストリングもサクサクしていた。 このバーガーは3種類のお肉、チーズが燻製にされているのでスモーキーな香りが強く、
ブリスケットとターキーは薄くスライスされていたものの、しっとりしていた。
ポークベリーは噛まなくても良いほど柔らかく口の中で溶け、ジューシーだった。
ただ、お肉と脂身が1対1ほどの割合で、途中から脂身のブヨブヨした食感が気持ち悪く
感じ、脂身を取り除いた。
一口噛むたびにお肉がずれたので、口の周りがソースとお肉で汚れて食べにくさはあった
ものの、食べ応えがあり、異なるお肉や味が楽しめるサンドイッチだった。
