Garlic Parmesan Housemade Chips From Arby's

When we're in California, we went to Arby's and tried the new and limited time item called "Garlic Parmesan Housemade Chips."
The Garlic Parmesan Housemade Chips was launched early in May, 2015 and will be available for a limit time with Boylan Craft Sodas.
I've never tried these, but they're naturally flavored and sweetened with cane sugar instead of high-fructose corn syrup.
Luckily enough, we're the first customers to order the chips so that they just freshly fried a whole bag which seemed to hold about 20 pouches.
After they finished frying them, they tossed with the seasonings and served in a paper bag.
It had very savory flavor, and as they're freshly fried, we could get still-hot pieces.
The chips were kettle style so that they're thick and crunchy.
Garlic was the first and strongest flavor I noticed in the seasoning, and it had some onion, salt and something similar to sour cream with chopped parsley.
There're also fine red dots, too.
The seasoning was a bit salty, but thick sliced crunchy chips had more potato flavor than thin chips so that maybe the saltiness was suitable.
As the garlic and some sour flavor were so strong that I didn't really feel any cheese flavor but saltiness.

カリフォルニアでアービーズに行き、期間限定新商品「ガーリック パルメザン ハウス
メイド チップス」を食べた。
このチップスは2015年5月上旬に発売され、ボイラン クラフト ソーダと共に期間限定で
販売されている。
このソーダを飲んだことはないけれど、ブドウ糖果糖液糖ではなくサトウキビで甘さを
出し、天然香料を使ったものらしい。
幸運なことにも、最初にチップスを頼んだのが私たちだったようで、20人分ほどが入った
大きな袋のポテトを揚げていた。
揚げ終わるとシーズニングと混ぜ、紙袋に入れて出された。
シールには「ハウスメイド チップス ガーリック パルメザン」「本日揚げ立て」と書いて
あった。
とても良い香りがし、揚げたてでチップスがまだ温かかった。
ケトル スタイルで厚めのスライスのポテトチップスはザクザク、カリカリしていた。
シーズニングの中で1番最初に気がつき1番味が濃かったのがニンニクだった。
他にはタマネギ、塩、サワークリームに似た酸味と刻んだパセリが入っていた。
細かい赤い点々も粉の中に混ざっていた。
シーズニングは少し塩辛かったけれど、分厚くスライスされたカリカリのチップスは
薄いものよりもジャガイモの味がはっきりしているので丁度良かったのかもしれない。
ニンニクと酸味が強く、チーズの香りではなく塩気しか感じられなかった。

Made fresh today
It had very savory flavor, and as they're freshly fried, we could get still-hot pieces.
