Paneer Saagwala Curry From Gandhi

Gandhi in Takaoka city is a small Indian curry restaurant.
Back in February, we saw a chicken outside of the sliding door looking inside, but in August, there's no chicken around.
Gandhi serves tasty curry at reasonable price, and during lunch time, it gets very crowded.
Their menu book has so many pages with lots and lots of items, so I just took photos of 2 pages.
The curry comes with mini salad and a choice of naan or rice.
Set menu gives you variety of items and it's a very good deal.
I didn't think I would be able to eat the whole set, so I got a Paneer Saagwala Curry and Cheese Naan.
For curry, you can choose the spiciness and I got it with "a bit spicy."

The pizza-look-alike naan had melty and stringy cheese inside.
I have no idea what kind of cheese it was, but it's a mild white cheese.
The outside was lightly crispy and the inside was moist and chewy.
There're 2 large pieces of paneer (cheese) in this saagwala curry.
Spinach puree was thick and I could taste the leaf vegetable really well.
Though I chose "a bit spicy," it surprisingly had a good heat that gave me runny nose.
(I love spicy food so that it's never too spicy.)
For comparison, this is a plain naan.

ガンディは高岡市にある小さなインドカレー屋さん。
2月には引き戸の外から店内を覗いているニワトリがいたけれど、8月に行った時には
ニワトリはいなかった。
ガンディは手頃な値段で美味しいカレーが食べられ、お昼にはかなり混雑する。
メニューがとても多いので、2ページだけ写真を撮った。
単品で注文するとミニサラダ、ナンかライスが付いてくる。
セットは色々なものが付いてきて、かなりお得。
私はセットを全て食べきる自信がなかったので、単品でパニールサグワラカレーとチーズ
ナンを頼んだ。
カレーは辛さを選べたので、「ちょい辛」にした。

チーズナン
ピザのようなナンの中に、溶けて糸を引いたチーズが入っていた。
チーズの種類は分からないけれど、クセがなく食べやすかった。
外側は少しパリッとし、内側はしっとりもっちりしていた。
大きなパニール（チーズ）が2かけ入ったサグワラカレーは、ほうれん草のピューレが
どろっとしていて、ほうれん草の味が口に広がった。
「ちょい辛」でも意外としっかりした辛さがあり、鼻水が出た。
（辛いもの好きの私には、激辛とは程遠い辛さのレベルだった）
ちなみに、プレーンナンは以下のような形。
