Lemon Poppy Raspberry Pancakes From Chip's

We went to Chip's on the way to apple picking.
From Fall Weekend Specials, I got Quinoa Scramble.
2 eggs scrambled with kale, quinoa, feta cheese, tomatoes and grilled onions served with 2 lemon poppy raspberry pancakes.
The scrambled egg looked like an omelette, but there're lots of vegetables and it's good.
Lemon Poppy Raspberry Pancakes
Very pale purple colored sauce was drizzled and chopped yellow chocolate was sprinkled over the pancakes.
The pancake was buttermilk, I believe, and the thin and moist pancakes were what I grew up with, like homemade pancakes, and as always, I enjoyed the pancakes.
The black dots were poppy seeds and lemon flavor was subtle but refreshing, yet I didn't really taste raspberry.
My husband got STAG/SHU Sandwich.
STAG, a male deer, is a mascot of Fairfield University, and SHU is Sacred Heart University.
Philly Steak sandwich with 2 eggs, bacon and American cheese served on a pretzel bun with chipotle mayo and a choice of hash browns or home fries.
He got it chipotle mayo and bacon on the side.
The steak was seasoned well so that it tasted good as it was without chipotle mayo.
The bacons were crunchy.
A mountain of home fries was served.
Behind the place mat, I drew Sadness and Joy from "Inside Out" with blue, yellow, green and red crayon.

リンゴ狩りに行く前に、チップスに立ち寄った。
秋の週末特別メニューから、キヌア スクランブルを選んだ。
卵2個にケール、キヌア、フェタチーズ、トマト、グリルした玉ねぎを加えたスクランブル
エッグと、レモンポピー ラズベリーパンケーキ2枚。
オムレツのような見た目のスクランブルエッグは具沢山で美味しかった。
レモンポピー ラズベリーパンケーキ
とても淡い紫色のソースがかけてあり、刻んだ黄色のチョコレートが乗せてあった。
パンケーキはバターミルク（だと思う）で、家で作るパンケーキのように薄くしっとり
した、シンプルな生地で美味しかった。
黒い点々はポピーシードで、レモンのすっきりした香りはわずかだった。
ラズベリーの味はよく分からなかった。
旦那はSTG/SHU サンドイッチを選んだ。
STAG（雄鹿）はフェアフィールド大学のマスコットで、SHUはセイクレッドハート大学の
頭文字。
プレッツェルバンを使った卵2個、ベーコン、アメリカンチーズのフィリーステーキ サンド
イッチ。
チポーレマヨネーズとベーコンは別添えにしてもらった。
ステーキに味がしっかりついていたので、チポーレマヨがなくても美味しかった。
ベーコンはカリカリに焼けていた。
山盛りのホームフライ。
テーブルマットの裏に落書き。
この日は青、黄、緑、赤のクレヨンを使ってインサイドヘッドに登場するサッドネス
（カナシミ）とジョイ（ヨロコビ）を描いた。
