This another Henning's Wisconsin Cheese that my husband bought while he's there.
Like Garlic & Dill, this package is also seasoned and it's cajun.

As it's seasoned with cajun, the cheese curds were much more reddish.

Each cheese curd was covered in red powders, but it's only the color and didn't have much heat and had strong garlic flavor.

It had a hint of spiciness like paprika in the end.
Same as Garlic & Dill, it didn't have much squeakiness and it's only firm.

旦那がウィスコンシンで買ってきたもう1つのヘニングス ウィスコンシンチーズは、
この前食べたガーリック&ディルのように味付けがされていて、これはケイジャン味。
ケイジャンなので、チーズカードはかなり赤みがかっていた。

各チーズカードには赤い粉が沢山付いていたけれど、赤いだけで辛さはなく、ニンニクの
香りが強かった。
後味にパプリカのようなピリッとした辛さが少し残った。
これもガーリック&ディルに似た食感で、特にキュキュッとした歯応えはなく硬いだけ
だった。
