President's Choice S'mores

When we went to Provigo in downtown of Montreal to buy some snacks for Super Bowl, we found "S'mores" by President's Choice labeled as new yesterday.
The other side, it had French and it's called "Guim-o-choco."
I guess "guim" is an abbreviation of guimauve, meaning marshmallow in French.
One side had English description about this dessert cookies.
"A sweet graham crumb cookie stuffed with a rich, chocolatey filling and roasted marshmallow-flavoured crème - President's Choice S'mores Dessert Cookies are the perfect treat for your happy campers!"
On the top lid, there're both English and French.
In the box, there's a plastic tray holding 18 pieces of cookie sandwiches.
The graham cookies had rough surface.
Removing one of the graham cram bookies, I saw a ring of white cream which had 6 balls connected, and in the center, there's chocolate filling.
Sticky creamy chocolate was stuck on the other cookie.
From the side, the marshmallow flavored cream looked like melted small marshmallows well sealed with graham cookies.
It looked like a real s'more.
Graham cookies were crispy and fragrant, chocolate was semi-sweet and thick, and the cream was smooth.
Same as the appearance, the taste was close to real s'more, but it didn't have the roasted marshmallow flavor which was written on the box.
I wish they had used marshmallow spread instead of marshmallow flavored cream since the spread can provide the soft and stretchy melted marshmallows and flavor, and it'd have been closer to real s'more.
マシュマロ味のクリームではなく、マシュマロのスプレッドが使われていたら、溶けた
マシュマロの伸びる食感や風味が足され、もっとスモアらしさが出ていたと思う。

そこで新商品と書かれたプレジデント チョイスの「スモアズ」を見つけた。
裏面にはフランス語で Guim-o-choco という名前が載っていた。
片方の側面には英語でこの商品について説明されていた。
「甘いグラハム クラム クッキーに、濃厚なチョコレートのフィリングと焼いたマシュマロ
味のクリームを挟みました。プレジデンツ チョイスのスモアズ デザート クッキーは
楽しいキャンプにぴったりのお菓子です。」
開け口には英語、フランス語の両方が載っていた。
中にはプラスチックのトレーが入っていて、18個のクッキーサンドイッチが入っていた。
丸いグラハムクッキーの表面はでこぼこしていた。
クッキーを1枚はがすと、6個の球がくっついたような白いクリームの輪があり、中心には
チョコレートフィリングが入っていた。
チョコレートは濃厚でべっとりしていて、反対側のクッキーにくっついていた。
横から見ると、溶けた小さなマシュマロが並べられ、クッキーでしっかりと挟まれている
ようだった。
かじってから見ると、本物のスモアにそっくりだった。
グラハムクッキーはサクサクで香ばしく、チョコレートはセミスイートで粘度が高く、
クリームは滑らかだった。
見た目だけでなく、味もスモアに似ていたけれど、説明にあった「焼いたマシュマロ」の
風味はなかった。
マシュマロ味のクリームではなく、マシュマロのスプレッドが使われていたら、溶けた
マシュマロの伸びる食感や風味が足され、もっとスモアらしさが出ていたと思う。
